Your guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind breath taking view while you say your I-do's! It is a short walk from the lodge to the Meadow Peak ceremony area allowing your guests to enjoy everything Colorado has to offer: the Rocky Mountains, a meadow, Aspen trees, wildlife, and the St. Vrain River.

Could not have asked for a better venue or team to work with for our wedding. Hawley was there from the beginning and provided a constant support from the day we walked away from our tour to the venue. The team as Wild Basin is very knowledgeable, supportive and ready to help make your day everything you dreamed of! The venue itself is a perfect setting for both indoors and outdoors and was everything we could have asked for. The food was amazing and the drinks were great as well!

This venue is not only gorgeous but their staff and owners are fantastic. They have been so helpful throughout the entirety of our planning, and were very accommodating last year when COVID hit and allowed us to reschedule without hesitation. I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful mountain wedding and a lovely staff to help you along the way.

No, Wild Basin Lodge needs to provide and serve all alcohol. We have a wonderful selection for local beer, wines and spirits. Couples love our creative cocktails incorporating in-house infused liquor and freshly made simple syrups!

Yes, there is plenty of parking!

We do not have an elevated in the lodge, there are roads and ramps to get to the main floor and the reception floor as well as the ceremony sites.

Access to property from 10am - 10pm on your wedding day. Food & non-alcoholic beverage, linen, set up of tables, chairs, linen, and place settings, event staff. Two ceremony locations (Meadow Mountain & River Run) and 13 acres for photography. Getting ready rooms and 4 lodging rooms available the night of your wedding.

Your reservation includes twelve hours from start to finish, including 6 hours of event time. Additional time is available.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Wild Basin Lodge's has a venue rental with a required food and beverage minimum. During the off peak season and Monday- Thursday, the minimum starts at $56/per person. During peak season Friday - Sunday there is a food and beverage minimum starting at $9,500.
