Arrow Touchdown Club

The Arrow Touchdown Club has a modern feel, and with its location at ground level allows for great access and views of Folsom!

The Arrow Touchdown Club is a 7,590 sq. foot. indoor venue with an outdoor patio access. This venue offers amazing views of Folsom Field and provides a delightful space for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Byron R. White Club

The Byron R. White Club is located on the fifth floor of the East Stadium, allowing for breathtaking views of both the Flatirons and Folsom Field!

The Byron R. White Club contains two sides that can be rented separately or together. The North side of the venue can seat 280 guests, while the South side can seat 330 guests. Our Stadium Suites are located on the two upper levels above the Byron R. White Club Level. We have various suite sizes ranging from single suites to our President’s suite.

The Crawford Club is a cozy venue space perfect for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception!

The Crawford Club is a 4,500 square foot indoor space with patio access, and views of both the Flatirons and Folsom Field! Our Student-Athletes eat breakfast and lunch in this space throughout the week, so it's ideal for after-hour and weekend events.

    Beautiful unique boulder venue

    When my husband and I (who met at CU) realized that the University of Colorado had started renting space as a wedding venue, we knew we had to see it. Besides both being huge football fans, CU was also very near and dear to our hearts because it was the place that originally brought us together. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking and the staff worked hard to make sure everything was exactly the way we asked and planned for. I love being able to look back at our wedding day and appreciate how unique our experience was. This venue is a must see!

Every event is different and each venue has a specific rental fee associated with it. Providing your event coordinator and catering coordinator with an estimated attendance and budget per person will help them to customize your event depending on your needs and desires. Potential costs associated with an event are the rental fee, catering, security, audio/visual equipment, parking, etc.
The base rental fee includes up to 5 hours of event time, the in-house furniture that is available specific to each venue, and the basic table and chair set-up. Additional event hours may be available for an hourly fee.
There is not an automatic discount for those groups. If you are a Buffalo Sports Properties partner, please speak with your event coordinator to see if you qualify for a discount. CU campus partners and non-profit groups are eligible for discounts; please speak with your event coordinator for further details.
Per CU Campus alcohol policies, security is required for all events serving alcohol and other events that the Folsom Field Events staff deems necessary and is at the cost of the client. Your event coordinator will help to determine the correct security coverage and will hire and manage the security staff on your behalf.
By University policy, third parties using an indoor or outdoor University facility are required to provide insurance coverage for that event. In order to approve your special event on Boulder Campus, you will need to provide a one-time special event insurance coverage. There are several ways to obtain this coverage. Please speak with your event coordinator for further details.
All decorations must be approved by your event coordinator prior to the scheduled event. Only approved tape/adhesives can be used to hang decorations. Failure to follow décor policy may result in a charge. Confetti/glitter and devices that create an open flame are not permitted in the venues.
The Folsom Field Events staff will be as accommodating as possible with setup before an event and access will be dependent on other events and staffing. If you think you will have a lengthy setup or breakdown, please let your event coordinator know when reserving a venue, as there may be an additional hourly charge. An hour after an event will be provided for breakdown.
CU is a non-smoking campus; no smoking is permitted in the Folsom Field venues
Glass is prohibited in this venue. Clear, disposable cups will be used for all beverage service. Any decorations that will be placed outside will need to be approved by your event coordinator prior to the event.
Folsom Field Events has in-house A/V equipment available for rental. Please work with your event coordinator to obtain a pricing sheet. When applicable, an A/V tech will be present before, during and after your event to handle all issues and will set-up and breakdown all rented equipment.
Possible liability consequences prohibit any food or beverages to be taken off the premises following an event. Togo boxes are not permitted. Per the State of Colorado Hotel & Restaurant liquor license, owned and managed by Levy Restaurants, no alcohol may leave the premise with clients.
All payment is processed by the Levy Restaurants catering team. They can accept credit card, check, or PO# (CU groups). For any groups outside of the University of Colorado, a nonrefundable deposit is due upon contract signing. Please work with your catering contact for more information on payment due dates.
Menus must be finalized 14 days prior to the event
Final counts are due 10 days prior to the event. Upcharges may be applied for late additions.

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive catering and concessions partner for all CU Athletics properties. Outside food or beverage is not allowed, unless previously approved in writing. Levy Restaurants will work to accommodate any special requests for your menu.
All on-campus parking is managed by CU Parking Services. The closest parking option for the Folsom Field venues is the Folsom Garage parking structure located under the Indoor Practice Facility (2250 Stadium Drive). There are 200 visitor parking spaces in the garage, and it is a 24/7 pay lot (price dependent on time of day).
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances and elevators.
