The epitome of fine-dining in Colorado.
The Flagstaff Room is our largest dining area and features panoramic views overlooking Boulder and the nearby mountains. Generally utilized for lunch or dinner service, this iconic space seats a maximum of 100 people. The Flagstaff Room is indoors and climate controlled.

The Glass Atrium
Open-air dining close to nature.
The Glass Atrium is an enclosed or open-air room, depending on the weather. This area has large glass walls that slide open, offering the benefits of an outdoor area but with year-round protection from the elements. The Glass Atrium is most often used for cocktailing and dancing. This area is also available as an indoor ceremony backup location or for a winter ceremony.

The Covered Terrace
As close to nature as you can get while experiencing fine-dining.
The Covered Terrace is an outdoor dining space with a roof overhead and is our most requested setting in the summer. This area is used for shaded cocktail space or can seat up to 38 people for your reception.

The Vintner’s Room
An intimate setting for special celebrations, the Vintner's Room offers wonderful views of Boulder and a peek into one of our awarded wine cellars.
The Vintner’s Room is our most intimate dining area and is directly next to the Covered Terrace. This dining space can be used for storage, as private room, or it can seat an additional 16 people for dining when used in conjunction with the Covered Terrace. The Vintner’s Room also has a small adjoined terrace which is perfect for photos.

The Terrace features our quintessential backdrop of both the Rocky Mountains and Downtown Boulder. This picturesque area is our primary ceremony location and is also used for cocktail space. The Terrace seats a maximum of 80 people for a ceremony but welcomes more with a mixed seated and standing option.

The Flagstaff House packages
Daytime Wedding
A daytime wedding at The Flagstaff House is generally our most cost-effective offering and is available for a guest list of up to 100 people year-round. With 300 days of sunshine in Boulder, a daytime wedding lets you soak in the sun and take in the notorious sights that our venue has to offer. Hours are 10:30am-3:00pm.

Evening Wedding
An evening wedding at The Flagstaff House is available for a guest list of up to 150 people from May through October or up to 100 people from November through April. This exquisite offering lets you and your guests transition from mountain backdrops to city lights as the night progresses. Hours are your choosing; popular timeline is 5:00-10:00pm.

Private wedding receptions at The Flagstaff House welcome you to host a cocktail reception followed by an elegant seated dinner in a singular dining room of your choosing. We have four dining areas available for private reservations, all offering wonderful views of Boulder and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Capacities range from 16-100 people. This package does not include the ability to host a ceremony or entertainment.

Stop Looking - Get Married Here
If you're considering The Flagstaff House for your wedding, stop looking and book it. We were married here in July 2026 with just under 100 guests, and I honestly cannot imagine a better venue for a wedding of that size. The setting is spectacular, but what truly sets the Flagstaff House apart is the experience. It never felt like we were simply renting a beautiful venue. It felt like we were being cared for by a team that genuinely wanted our wedding to be perfect. The food and beverage experience was beyond anything we could have hoped for. So many weddings serve food because they have to. At the Flagstaff House, dinner is part of the event itself. The cuisine was exceptional, the presentation was beautiful, and the wine and cocktail service throughout the evening was exactly what you'd expect from one of Colorado's premier restaurants. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the meal was. The planning process was just as impressive. Annie was an absolute joy to work with from our very first conversation all the way through the wedding night. She was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and had every detail planned down to the minute. Every vendor knew where they needed to be, every transition happened seamlessly, and we never once worried about what was happening behind the scenes because Annie had already thought of it. One thing we didn't fully appreciate until after the wedding was how valuable it is to have your planner be part of the venue itself. Annie knows every room, every member of the staff, every timeline, and every logistical detail of the Flagstaff House. That continuity simply isn't something an outside planner can replicate. Having one person guide us from the initial planning meetings through the last moments of the reception made the entire process feel effortless. The service throughout the evening was flawless. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure our guests had an incredible experience. Plates appeared and disappeared seamlessly, drinks were never empty, and every interaction reflected the level of hospitality the Flagstaff House is known for. We'd especially like to recognize the level of attention given to the bride and groom (writing this post), who took phenomenal care of us throughout the evening and made us feel completely at ease. Every member of the staff came up to us throughout out the evening to make sure we were taken care of, no matter how mundane. Looking back, the best way I can describe our wedding is this: it felt like a five-star fine dining experience that just happened to be our wedding. Every detail reflected the care, professionalism, and hospitality of the entire team. We couldn't recommend The Flagstaff House more highly. If you're planning an intimate to medium-sized wedding, especially in the 50 to 100 guest range, you need to stop looking now and find your forever date at the Flagstaff House. We would choose it again without hesitation.

Simply the Best
There is no question that the Flagstaff House is one of the best places you could possibly have your wedding. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and inspires a feeling of joy and celebration. Annie and the staff there are fantastic! Annie ensured that everything went smoothly and worked seamlessly with our photographer, officiant and musician. Planning was easy as the communication was clear and timely. We didn't worry about a thing! And the food is beyond delicious. The Executive Chef created a menu of hors d'oeurves, salad, and entrees that were excellent. There cake is also scrumptious, with many guests have multiple pieces :). Every element of our wedding and reception at The Flagstaff House was great, the planning was easy, and the inclusive nature of it all was worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend!

The Flagstaff House was our dream venue.
The Flagstaff House was a dream wedding venue for us the whole way through. The director of events, Annie Floro, could not have been a better resource for us. When we had questions, she was so helpful and attentive in responding. She also put us in contact with our eventual day-of coordinator, and the two of them gave us a perfect, stress-free day. The entire Flagstaff House staff--from wait staff, to the bartenders, to the valet attendants--were amazing, very friendly, and so professional. The food and drinks were incredible, and we got so many compliments from our guests! And we are so appreciative that the Flagstaff House bartender and Annie worked together to create a signature drink that was a huge hit. We cannot recommend the Flagstaff House enough!

The Flagstaff House was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was efficient, responsive, and extremely helpful - Annie was amazing, and we could not have asked for a better person to help us with all the wedding details. The venue itself is spacious, with a diverse selection of beautiful spaces, and the view is absolutely stunning. We felt we got great value for the quality of service and amenities they provided. The best smoothest running wedding
From the moment we inquired about hosting our wedding reception at Flagstaff House Restaurant, their team was incredibly prompt and effective in their communication via email. Their coordination and smooth running of the entire process leading up to and on our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The food they provided was truly amazing, and many of our guests raved that it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. Flagstaff House Restaurant exceeded all of our expectations, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for an amazing wedding experience. Annie helped us through the whole wedding process and Casey ran our wedding flawlessly on the actual day. They anticipated any need we had before we even knew. It was nothing short of amazing and the view was stunning. All of our friends and family raved about every detail. Thanks so much for everything!!
