She helped develop our aesthetic and style choices as well as speed up our planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. “Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with.
