We were able to utilize the guest and table layout tools that Macy makes available, and it was very helpful to be able to share that with her so she could coordinate directly with vendors and not need us to drive those conversations. There was so much that Macy helped to coordinate behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to our wedding day, it helped things to run incredibly smoothly. The rehearsal day was well run, with Macy walking us through what everyone in our wedding party and families needed to do and where to be - and this translated over to the actual wedding day itself, where Macy and her team helped to communicate with everyone, ushering people to the right spots, blocking and tackling folks from inadvertently going into the getting ready areas, and generally helping with all of the setup and teardown and keeping all of us on schedule.
