    It's Easy Working With The Perfected Team

    Alex was extremely easy to work with and her team was even. Easier to work with. She made sure that our vendors had all the info they needed. When one vendor was eating with our guests inappropriately, she documented that for me to help with getting a refund. She made sure that our vendors also got food too. The way that her team moved efficiently to set up the event was amazing and they were thorough enough to make sure that we didn't get a cleaning invoice. Something that apparently always happens at our venue.

    Working with Perfected Events was amazing. Before our wedding, Alex was proactive with communicating to us what we could expect to pay for everything. So we knew what to expect. We saw the way that her whole team worked extremely hard and working with them was worth it. Their teams vision was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely work with Alex again!

As a rule of thumb, if you have no idea where to start, then you already need a planner. Our goal.is to make the entire process of planning your event easy for you and enjoyable.
These services primarily cover the day of your event. However, that is not the most feasible and actually turns into the Month Of Coordination. Your Planner will need to know plenty of details before the day of your event. During your consultation, you'll be able to define how often you would like to meet and be contacted. At that same time we will be able to share any information that will be needed for your event.
Your Wedding Planner has services that are expensive to some because there is so much work that goes into planning and executing your event. At Perfected Events, our whole team is fortunate to love what we do and we offer rates that are lower than the industry standard. We can offer our services at our rates bc we love our work and we believe that if you want to get married, or have any other sort of event, you should not have to pay a small mortgage for services. We have flexible payment terms and money is never the end of the conversation for us. We look forward to talking to you and working with you!
Yes! Absolutely yes! Your Event Planner is always going to keep your budget in the forefront when it comes to planning any event that you have. It is always our goal to spend less than your budget. When this is not possible, your Perfected Events Planner will inform you and then show you options that you will have to either stay within budget or show you where costs can be cut depending on your vision.
