This lady is a god damned delight. Early in the planning process, my mother died and it totally sapped me of any appetite for planning. I felt overwhelmed, but when we hired Sarah she helped us turn it all around. She held our hands through the hard part and then helped us stay on task and organized when our energy and excitement came back. She helped us navigate being out of the country for 3 of the six months prior to the wedding. She already had experience and relationships with most of our vendors, which helped those contracts go more smoothly and meant less management from us was required. She was 100% ready to get behind any project we could come up with — she supported our vision like it was her own. Whenever I asked her to find someone who could bring an idea to life, she always did so quickly and often with options to choose from. Her depth of connections meant that when I needed a new photographer with just six weeks to go, she was able to give me at least ten available and talented options in 24 hours. She is a wedding planner pro. Most importantly, she is just a lot of FUN and FUNNY. We enjoyed spending time with her on our monthly check in calls, at tastings, walk throughs, and finally the weekend of the wedding itself. She’s a joyful, quirky, nonjudgmental person who really loves weddings and helping couples have the day of their dreams. She is an LGBTQ affirming vendor which is obviously very important to us as a queer couple. She was extremely RESPONSIVE to all communication and I don’t think I ever waited more than 24 hours to hear back from her. Her planning expertise prior to the actual weekend was invaluable, but she really was our angel during the wedding weekend. She handled the details so that we could stay present and actually enjoy our party! Thank you Sarah for being such a great partner in bringing this wedding to life. I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! Alex was extremely easy to work with and her team was even. Easier to work with. She made sure that our vendors had all the info they needed. When one vendor was eating with our guests inappropriately, she documented that for me to help with getting a refund. She made sure that our vendors also got food too. The way that her team moved efficiently to set up the event was amazing and they were thorough enough to make sure that we didn't get a cleaning invoice. Something that apparently always happens at our venue.

Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. Beyond just receiving a great service, it was so special to work with someone who truly celebrated with us and took care of us like we were old friends. I would 100% recommend working with Magical Moments and wish we could get married again to continue working with them!

Brandy and her team did an excellent job pivoting the morning of our ceremony when the ground was still too wet from recent rainfall and called for a new setup. Additionally, Brandy and her team were kind and engaging with my whole family and our guests, generously brought votive candles and a portable karaoke machine microphones, checked in and regularly offered support, and deftly handled setup and coordination of vendors across three locations on our wedding day. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! She also is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. Truly felt like we had known her for years. With regards to communication, she was extremely responsive, and always kept us in the loop. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.
