As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day. Bonus points because she had to go up and down 70 or so stairs to get to the venue each time! Thank you so much! We are so grateful for your hard work.”

They are organized, kind, friendly and resourceful; everything you need by your side on your wedding day! My shoes broke- Evelyn had flip-flops I could wear. My bridesmaids dress got wrinkled in transport- Evelyn had a steamer to take care of it. My MIL's dress strap snapped off- Evelyn had a sewing kit. This team did not miss a beat! “Maddie and her team were so amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! Especially if you are getting married in the Frederick area. She helped so much in ensuring everything went according to plan. We had some communication issues with our catering team, but Maddie made sure that everything was correct come the wedding day, and it was. She was always just a text away. We did not have a walk through with our venue, so it was difficult for me to picture everything set up. I provided photos for some decor, but Maddie and her team exceeded my expectations with the set up of everything. She was very communicative the whole day, was constantly there with a full glass of water, and never stopped checking in on us. She even bustled my dress after the ceremony! Her and her team were extremely quick in getting everything packed up for the end of the night, and helped make sure everything made it to where it needed to go. “Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. Our vision was captured beautifully, and we do not regret hiring her at all!”

“I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

“Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life!
