She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I hired Evviva Studio as my day of decorators and it was the best decision I could have possibly made! Kat executed my vision down to the smallest detail and I was blown away by her efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was her team amazing to work with the day of the wedding, but they were so supportive and organized throughout the entire planning process. The cherry on top was they organized and packed my decor back up at the end of the night and loaded it right into the uhaul so we didn’t have to lift a finger. My now husband and I LOVED working with Amalia and her wife, Jenna, to bring our wedding night dinner to life. My husband and I chose a courthouse wedding ceremony - just us - but knew we wanted to invite close friends and family to an intimate dinner that evening to celebrate. I wasn't sure where to begin - I contacted Amalia and sent her photos from Pinterest as my inspiration. Amalia truly blew us away from day 1 - she created custom dinner invites for us based on my inspiration photos. She sent over multiple proofs of her one-of-a-kind digital designs until it was perfectly done. My husband and I picked a venue in Scotch Plains, NJ to host our dinner. The restaurant offered private, charming rooms for special events. I knew I wanted to keep the wildflower color scheme of my bouquet in the details. However, I let her know I was very open to letting her take the lead in designing the setup. I am not a type-A person or planner, so I was grateful she stepped up and let her creativity flow. As seen in attached photos, Amalia designed our dream wedding night dinner! My husband and I arrived before our guests and were blown away with the ambiance and warmth of the room. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She and her wife, Jenna, handmade flower bouquets for the table and lit beautiful hand-painted candles in the center. She even designed thank you cards/ keepsake magnets on plantable paper for our guests. Amalia is a dream to work with - her passion for weddings & design is so evident! I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end. She even made sure my husband and I had a dinner plate at our table!! That was special. The flower wall she provided was absolutely beautiful for my event, and matched my theme perfectly.. She took valuable time to call me during non business hours which I appreciated so much! She was calm, cool and collective. It really helped my stress level to have her coordinate our wedding. She answered all and every question I had during the process . When I walked in the room initially I was in tears for how well they put everything together considering it was a total DIY wedding. Keyta was also very flexible as well. The most important part was the kindness she showed throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate her and her team for helping to create one of the best days of my life.
