Caitlynn was absolutely amazing! From the moment she arrived, I felt completely stress-free. She truly did everything you could possibly think of on my wedding day. She carried my lip combo around, helped with my hair, decorated my ceremony space, took behind-the-scenes pictures and videos, and made sure every little detail was taken care of so I could simply enjoy the day. What made her even more special was that she checked in on me throughout the entire year, even though she was “just” my day-of coordinator. She went so far above and beyond, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Hiring Caitlynn was one of the best decisions we made, and I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Hiring Caitlynn was the best decision we made for our wedding! Leading up to the big day, she provided documents that kept us on track. We had a unique beach wedding, which she was there to handle all the vendors and decor. She worked out all the timing constraints such as weather, traffic and guests. Then during the ceremony she went to our second location and helped set up the reception. Would highly recommend Caitlynn. Very personable and professional. She also has many different packages depending on your planning needs.

Our planner was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have managed our wedding day without her. She was a calming, attentive presence when I got sick right before the ceremony and handled everything seamlessly. She even recognized when I was getting overwhelmed by the chaos, quietly guiding me away to recharge my social battery and breathe
