    Brandi did such a great job!!!

    Brandi is a gem! I am so thankful to have found her. Me and my husband both have such busy schedules and Brandi was so great with helping us organize our lives. We did the partial planning package and her team helped us whip our wedding into shape and got us out of our planning slump!! If you're looking for someone who's going above and beyond what most would do, then Brand is your girl!!!

    Brandi is an angel on earth!

    Not only is she super sweet and easy to work with but Brandi knows how to get the job done! We turned my mom's backyard into a wedding venue from scratch, which was a HUGE undertaking. We hired Brandi's team to ensure the day of would go as smoothly efficiently as possible and they did not let us down! Brandi's team busted their butts all day long to make sure no detail was left out, it was nice not having to worry about a thing on my special day. 8 weeks out from the wedding, Brandi helped me get organized and contact vendors for me. She also pointed out things I had not thought of, making a few very hectic weeks a little less stressful than they would have been without her. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further! She's worth every penny!!!

BT Life Events only works one wedding per day; we will accept two weddings in a weekend.
Throughout your planning process, you will work with Brandi, our Founder + Lead Planner, and Jerson, our Lead Planning Assistant. Brandi's superpower is her ability to ideate concepts + provide clarity as to what matters most. From concept through to the day of, she will be there to help you hone your priorities, coordinate your vision + bring your design concepts to life. Jerson adds a special touch to our planning process! From researching venues to running vendor price comps, sitting in on client calls + navigating planning tasks, Jerson takes the info our clients provide us + optimizes it so that Brandi can handle all the moving pieces.
Depending on which package best fits your wedding's needs, we will meet on the following schedules: Full-Service: 3 times monthly ( 2 planning calls, 1 design call ) Partial Planning: 2 times monthly ( 1 planning call, 1 design call ) Microwedding: 1 time monthly ( 1 combined planning + design call ) Day-of Coordination: 1 time weekly ( 1 planning call ) In addition to our scheduled meetings, you will have access to our planning team via your personal Discord channel; this is where you can share updates, send files + ask questions. All meetings will be held online via Whereby or Zoom for the foreseeable future unless otherwise mentioned.
