Kari did an amazing job of planning and coordinating our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, kind and always available to answer our questions and make suggestions about vendors and other details. We were planning from out of town, so having Kari was essential in our planning and I am certain it would have been a mess without her! She is well known and well respected within the wedding planning community in Paso and it was obvious that all of our vendors loved working with her. On our rainy wedding day, she and her team seamlessly moved our ceremony inside at the last minute and transformed the space into something truly gorgeous and magical with the beautiful winery vibes that we wanted while keeping everyone dry. They were then able to transform that same space for dinner. We didn't think it was possible for us and our families to have a relaxing day pre-wedding, especially with rain, but we truly did. Kari and her team took care of everything and kept everything on schedule with every detail attended to, and we didn't have to worry about anything. She also did our flowers which were gorgeous, reasonably priced and exactly what we had hoped for. Throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day, Kari and her team brought great style and energy that helped make our special day truly unforgettable and better than we could have ever imagined. We are so grateful for their hard work, attention to detail and would not hesitate to put your full trust in her and her team to create the wedding of your dreams! We knew that we wanted to have Jesse, and FCV very early on, so we booked them right after booking our venue two years before the wedding. We initially had them only booked for photography and videography, then after some thought realized we would need more help, and added coordination in too. They were so helpful when we decided to have an intimate ceremony and used our “engagement” shoot for our wedding, then added in a second shoot for announcements, and adding in bridals as well. Jesse and her team were so incredibly professional and made wedding planning seamless! The big day was flawless and it was like working with a friend, they made sure the whole day ran smoothly and I can’t recommend their services enough.

She monitored the weather for weeks leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely right — though it was gorgeous, the wind changed several elements of our ceremony and décor. Because she anticipated it, planned for it, and had contingencies ready, everything went more smoothly than it ever could have without her preparation. She also helped coordinate the other events throughout our wedding weekend, making each one feel special and seamless. Even the bathroom baskets she curated for guests were thoughtful and beautifully done. Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

I could not recommend Glennie and her team more! They worked behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly during our wedding and leading up to the event! From creating group chats with our entourage for open communication to creating a minute by minute schedule of the event. She was PERFECT! She also coordinated with all vendors and helped solve problems without having to involve my husband and I!
