    A wonderful Welcome Picnic

    From start to finish, working with Barrel and Bloom Events was a positive experience. Aina knew what she was doing and responded quickly to the questions and concerns that I had, making the planning process stress-free and straightforward. She was patient and listened to my vision and helped put on a Welcome Picnic that felt both classy and casual, which was exactly what we wanted. Her vendor recommendations were top-notch—everyone she connected us with was superb and made for a great team on the day of. Our evening turned out perfect, and we couldn't have done it without her guidance and expertise. I'd highly recommend Barrel and Bloom Events to any one looking for an event planner who genuinely cares about bringing a party vision to life.

A: Yes! Our Event Management service is perfect for couples who have planned their celebration but want professional support in the final weeks. We step in about 6–8 weeks before your event to handle the timeline, vendor coordination, and all the details leading up to and on the day itself. This ensures everything runs smoothly so you can relax, enjoy your celebration, and be fully present with your guests.
A: Absolutely! We LOVE designing (it's our favorite part of the process!) so we are more than happy to help create a color pallete, mood board, tablescape design, layout etc to ensure your wedding feels cohesive, aesthetic, and elevated. We work with our preferred vendors and also have a gorgeous collection of décor items in our collection—vases, candle holders, table runners, and more—to help you make every detail shine.
My team and I are there from start to finish. We handle vendor check-ins, setup, timeline management, troubleshooting, guest guidance, and everything in between. Our goal is to make sure you can relax, enjoy every moment, and celebrate without a single worry.
