    Exceptional Wedding Coordination by Sovereign K

    My husband and I recently celebrated a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception, and we owe so much of its success to Sovereign K. We were planning a fairly large wedding in less than three months, and after securing our venue and a few vendor recommendations, I quickly realized just how many moving parts there were to manage. Hiring Sovereign K was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we brought them on, they immediately put us at ease. Kim took charge of vendor communication, created detailed ceremony and reception timelines, and kept us informed every step of the way while thoughtfully accommodating any changes we wanted to make. On the wedding day, Kim was absolutely incredible. She remained calm, organized, and adaptable throughout the entire event. When our photographer requested "just 20 more minutes" for additional photos, she seamlessly adjusted the timeline without missing a beat. Everything we had hoped for was accomplished, and we were able to fully enjoy our celebration without worrying about the details.

I have over 15 years experience in wedding and event planning. I also owned a venue so I had first hand experience working one on one with all the vendors for over 200 weddings.
I am hands one, however I do have assistants that have tasks to allow me to be onsite at all times.
Yes, I plan all sorts of special occasions, I even host custom perfume and painting experiences.
