Absolutely Amazing!!
Working with Sparkling Stars Events was the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, Otilia kept us on track with prompt communication and thoughtful guidance whenever we needed help deciding between options. She helped start beginning to end and what neeed to be done and when. She listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life with incredible attention to detail. On the wedding day, she kept everyone in check and made sure the timeline ran perfectly—everything happened exactly as we'd planned. Her ability to execute flawlessly while staying organized throughout the entire process set her apart. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator to make our day special. If you are planning a party, wedding or special event you need to hire sparkling events! You will NOT be disappointed.

From the moment we hired Sparkling Stars Events, Otilia made our wedding weekend effortless. She kept everyone organized by being the main point of contact, which allowed my fiancé and me to focus on the moment instead of logistics. Throughout the day, she stayed ahead of everything—keeping the timeline on track, making sure we had food and drinks, and fixing problems before we even knew they existed. What really stood out was how much she cared about making our day special and keeping our family feeling supported. Otilia's recommendations were spot-on, and her communication leading up to the wedding gave us total peace of mind. BEST COORDINATORS EVER
When I finally reached out to Otilia at Sparkling Stars Events, I had been planning my wedding alone for about 7-8 months without a coordinator. Hiring this company was the best decision I ever made. I highly recommend not only hiring a coordinator but hiring Sparkling Stars specifically. Being the only person in my family to get married in over 15 years, it was daunting to plan. Although I planned some of my wedding, Otilia kept me on track with the finer details leading up to the day, comforted me when I was stressed and helped make our wedding the most magical day. Our venue, while beautiful, ended up being a lot more disorganized and chaotic than we were led to believe. Due to this, the night before the wedding and morning of we had to release full control and trust to Otilia because at that point there was nothing more that we could do to change what the venue had done. Our day surpassed our expectations. It was the most beautiful and Sparkling Stars really took control and calmed our worries. I never felt so seen in my vision and letting go of my stress felt so easy with Otilia. We had so many small details and DIYS that were exactly where we envisioned. Everything was so well executed. Aside from that, they felt like family. They were so sweet and kind throughout the wedding day we did not feel like we were putting on a production or being pulled left to right. They were also welcoming, sweet and polite to all guests and family. My biggest regret during this entire bridal era was not hiring Otilia from the very start of my planning. We love you guys and are definitely hiring for our vow renewal!! 3

A Dream Team From Start to Finish
From helping us find the perfect vendors to choosing the exact shade of purple napkins, this was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Otilia truly respected our vision and our budget, making sure every detail reflected both without ever compromising. Working with Otilia, Sadie, and Angelica was an absolute dream. They made me feel completely at ease, like everything was handled and I did not have to stress for a second. And I have to say Angelica sings like an angel. Having her perform our final song was such a special and unforgettable moment. If you want a wedding planner who will go above and beyond, even finding fresh lavender to cut for your reception napkins, this is your team. Thank you all so much for everything. The only thing I would do differently is hire you sooner.
