Blenheim is a beautiful property and the perfect location for a Catskills wedding. Min and Morton are accommodating owners who made sure all of our needs were considered and facilitated. If you want to have an upscale barn wedding that is a highly memorable affair this is absolutely the venue for you! The food is amazing, the staff is on top of everything (shoutout to Rosie!), and the setting is gorgeous. We had multiple wedding events (welcome party, wedding, after party and farewell brunch) and every one was amazing!

We had a roundabout journey to The Caboose, but I couldn't be happier that it's where we landed for our wedding in September '25. From the jump, we appreciated the gorgeous space, their commitment to doing right by the planet, and the affiliation with Kitty's—some of our favorite food in Hudson. The combination of a beautiful garden and stunning indoor space made us feel like we were safe no matter the weather. Every time we visited, the garden got better. We loved how lush and colorful it was for our day. We enjoyed working with Caitlin, the venue manager. She was creative and flexible and willing to work with us to do a few things a little differently (like have the ceremony in a different spot in the garden). The food was truly incredible—we still have people raving about it! We appreciated that because we were right on the edge seasonally, we were able to choose the summer menu instead of the one for fall, which felt just right for the day's weather and feeling. Because we had our tasting in February, we weren't able to try most of the items we had, but we trusted we were in good hands—and we definitely were. The kitchen team was also incredibly accommodating with our guest's dietary restrictions—everyone felt very cared for, which is what we hoped for the most! We had live music as well as a DJ and everything sounded truly great in the space. The staff working on our day was SO kind and helpful—people made mention of how warm everyone was, too. I saw many a chitchat at the bar, just because they were so lovely! Just a note, too, that while The Caboose was pricey, we were totally amazed by the value and all that they take care of. We looked at dozens of venues—from full-service spots to DIY operations—and kept coming back to the mix of creativity, value, and quality that The Caboose offered. The fact that they take care of the food, drinks, furniture rentals, lighting, sound system, and staff—and all at such a high caliber—unheard of! We truly couldn't have done it without them. We had such an amazing weekend at Camp Lenox - cannot thank the Rich, Leslie, and the rest of the staff enough. They made the weekend about as stress-free as we could have hoped - even despite the tornado warning on Saturday! Our guests had an amazing time from start to finish, and would not have been possible without lots of help. From putting together table arrangements, setting up campfires on 3 consecutive nights, making sure everyone got to their cabins and were settled in, having food prepared for 100 guests from Friday-Sunday, guiding hikes, coordinating all the vendors, supervising beer olympics, etc etc etc -- THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The now "annual" Stissing House Craft Feast has made holiday shopping fun, festive, inspiring and very low stress. From the minute you step into their signature green door, you feel transformed to another time. And suddenly the only reason to have a cell phone is to take photos of every incredibly gorgeous vignette. You have no choice but to be present and to indulge the senses as you take each step through the maze of decorated display and historic architecture. Carolers, trays of wonderful treats and smells and smiles all made for the most perfect and unique experience. The event was so seamless organized and curated. Hats off to Clare and Katie and the team!!! A personal thank you to them for the endless hours that it took to bring this amazing community event to our valley for all of us to enjoy. You made my Christmas season (yet again!).

When we started planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted our guests to truly experience the simple beauty of the Hudson Valley. That is what led us to the Abeel House. Our entire day was magical. I walked down the aisle on a little pebble path, surrounded on both sides by wildflowers. Our wedding guests were seated on hay bales in the prairie, the sun on their backs and the stream behind them. After our ceremony, we celebrated in the restored barn behind the historic Dutch stone house. We split the barn into three sections — one to seat our guests for dinner, one for the dance floor, drinks, and dessert tables, and one for the local bluegrass band we hired. As evening came, we turned on the twinkle lights in the barn and danced the night away. You could see the stars through the open windows.

We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

I don’t even know where to begin. At the beginning of our wedding journey, finding a venue was the hardest thing we could’ve done. My husband and I had a specific vision in mind and had an incredibly difficult time finding a place that we loved that was also within our budget. We’re from the LI area but knew we wished to get married upstate. We must have visited at least 10 venues. Then on our way home from one, my husband found Stablegate on a whim. We looked everything over and it had the barn that I wanted, and the catering included that my husband wanted and I said “if we visit and we like it, I’m putting a deposit down the next day.” And that’s exactly what we did. Birch Hill is an incredible family owned company with so many aspects attached to it, it was hard not to fall in the second we saw it. Over 2.5 years, I never once regretted that decision and once the wedding day came and went I knew it was the right choice for us. The food is amazing and a ton of different options (including catering to my vegan guests), the staff are incredible, and the vibes are immaculate. Our wedding coordinator Jared was really the star of the show. He was super accommodating to all of our needs, organized, and just all in all a ridiculously sweet and funny guy. When our wedding day ended up getting rained out, he came up with backup plans right on the spot that honestly fit our vibe so much more than our original plan and I really truly have Jared to thank for that. Jared treated us like we were old friends that he was just helping throughout the day. He is someone I will truly forever be the most grateful for to have on my wedding day. I have heard so many horror stories about venues, and I can honestly say this is not one of them. Stablegate Barn and the Birch Hill Catering Company have my highest recommendation. And if you need a coordinator, ask for Jared. Really truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you for an amazing wedding day.

We had the pleasure of having our daughter’s reception at the Inn. We were forced to relocate to their venue because of a gas leak at our original location. 5 hours before the wedding! The entire staff, especially Mary the manager and Matt the bartender went over and above to make sure our reception went well. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful grounds and venue space. If they can do what they did for us in 5 hours. I can only imagine what would have been with 5 months of planning! Thanks again for your attention to detail and hospitality, you saved the day….

This venue is STUNNING! We wanted a place that was beautiful enough on its own that we could save money on decor, and THIS WAS IT! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful. And we loved that we had access to the patio and outdoor fireplace all night, many great spots for our guests to mingle during the reception while they watched the sunset. Our day-of coordinator was super helpful and professional, but we didn’t get to meet him until the day before the wedding. Up until that point we worked exclusively with the “Event Coordinator” sales associate, who was nice enough but not very communicative. I often had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered, she rarely reached out first with information, or she’d think she sent me things she hadn’t yet. I know a “coordinator” is not the same as a “planner,” but my other vendors were surprised she wasn’t more hands on. The venue is totally worth it, but the person that gives you the tour will likely be the same person you work with throughout the planning process, so make sure you like their vibe!

We had the most beautiful wedding at The Boylston Rooms. From the moment we first spoke with Erin and Myles we know this would be the venue we would choose. They saw our vision and really went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. We were thrilled to be able to utilize their massive library of decorations and supplies to avoid having to purchase a ton of decorative elements and we donated the things we did end up purchasing so that they didnt end up sitting in our house (or worse, a landfill!) Myles and Erin both made absolutely certain that we got to enjoy every moment, including our food, and that we got to spend a moment alone together right after the ceremony to celebrate. Alyssa was by my side all day as my biggest cheerleader. I'm an emotional person who doesn't love being the center of attention. She had the most reassuring presence and all kinds of tricks up her sleeve. I will never forget her helping me take deep breaths, holding a cold can of Diet Coke on my chest to help calm me down. The Boylston Rooms made our wedding day so special, and we can't recommend them highly enough. We probably could've had a beautiful wedding anywhere if we had been willing to dedicate our entire lives to it for the year prior or shell out thousands of dollars for a planner and coordinator. But at The Boylston Rooms we didnt have to do either. We had a gorgeous wedding and it was affordable but above all it was effortless. With their help? We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Kirby Hill Farm is a magical experience. By far my most favorite venue to flower and the most gracious hosts to work with. There is a beauty and authenticity about the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and wide skies this gem has many perfect backdrops for gorgeous photo ops (think majestic horses grazing in the background and beautifully landscaped grounds to meander). The thoughtfully appointed farmhouse is the right size to accommodate most bridal parties and is also a stellar option for hosting intimate rehearsal dinners in front of the fireplace. The club house is loaded with character: warm wood, stone, and the original barn doors. The barn stands in contrast, industrial in feel with soaring ceilings and oversized glass doors that open up to cocktails on the pavilion overlooking the polo field below. I found tons of inspiration for my design vision right at the farm and the team there was flawless in facilitating my execution. If you love BBQ or beautifully prepared delectable food experiences you should definitely check out the farms exclusive caterer Odeens when you visit the site. Overall just sublime!

We had our wedding at Keepsake a few weeks ago and it was absolutely incredible!!! Dana was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We loved doing our tasting there with our parents. We stopped by to tour the space multiple times since we planned most of it ourselves - and Dana was always there to answer questions and give great advice. It is such a cool venue. We had a lot of unique ideas and different decorations for our ‘nerdy’ wedding haha. When we toured other venues they felt too dressy and fancy for our style. Keepsake is just rustic and unique enough - but still super classy - and the prices were WAY more reasonable than the other venues we toured. And of course - the big day!!! The event ran sooo smoothly. Dana worked wonders with our day-of coordinator and vendors to get everything timed perfectly for ample dancing time!!! I had such a blast and there was literally zero stress on my part as the bride! Amazing! The music sounded great in the space despite the tall ceilings - it’s soundproofed well! The food was fantastic - you gotta get the crispy duck!! And the bar was on point. Thank you to all Keepsake staff for the work you did to create the wedding day of our dreams!!!

We had an exceptional experience with The Delany House for our wedding! The Delany House was one of the first choices on our list, however we weren't sure we could make it work after Covid hit, and then we had several other circumstances that took us away from planning for a while. Then in August of 2022, we decided to make an appointment with Nicole at the Delany House because through all of our searching, we kept coming back to this beautiful place as our #1. Nicole was a wonderful coordinator and listened to all of our needs and concerns, as we had a very small amount of people and weren't sure if family would make it from different parts of the country. She was always communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed to plan our special day, and in a short time frame as well because we married on May 12th 2023, less than a year from when we started planning! Nicole is a rock star! When we finally checked in, and got ready for our rehearsal dinner, we had one last meeting with Nicole and she took care of everything for us. The day of our wedding we had a legit TEAM of people helping us with everything we needed, from timing, to communicating with vendors, to our own waiter for the day bringing us diet cokes while we all got ready and later was right by our side with drinks through the night!- (Thanks Josiah!) The staff made sure we had everyone where they needed to be at the right time, and as the night went on they checked on us and made our guests feel so comfortable. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! All of our guests kept raving about how delicious everything was. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to get married and celebrate. We recommend The Delany House to anyone who we know that is getting married and wants a great place at a great price and wonderful staff! We can't wait to celebrate our one year anniversary there and see everyone again!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience hosting our wedding at The Curtis House by Gloriosa & Co. My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago (September 2024) and our wedding was truly one the happiest, best days of our lives thanks to the love and personalization that Gloria and Emma put into planning and executing our day. We were drawn to so many things about the venue, including the charming setting of Ashfield, the rustic but modernized aesthetic of the barn, the beautiful gardens and greenhouse, and the house being an available space to get ready. We were also drawn to the convenience and uniqueness of being able to provide our floral arrangements from Gloria’s greenhouse and gardens on-site, and having all of the food and beverages taken care of through the venue’s catering and bar team. But what made us decide to book this venue for our special day was the attention that Gloria and Emma give each couple. This venue is not your typical wedding factory that puts on weddings multiple times a week, every week of the year; Gloria and Emma host between 12-15 weddings per year and consequently each couple they work with gets full access to the venue the weekend of their wedding and so much guidance during the planning process. We were able to cultivate a vegetarian menu consisting of so many of our favorite foods plus a number of signature dishes of the venue, such as a butternut squash galette that was a crowd favorite. Sustainability is also incredibly important to us as a couple, and Gloria and Emma are committed to sourcing only local, seasonal ingredients for the food and florals and minimizing waste, which meant so much to us. In terms of decor and furnishings, the venue has so much available for couples to use, such as tables, chairs, ceremony benches, several wedding arches to choose from, displays for food or guest favors, tableware, candles, string lights, and more. We did not have to rent or coordinate anything other than the few DIY projects we made, which Gloria and Emma effortlessly integrated into the set up for us. Being able to take care of practically everything through Gloria and Emma made planning so much simpler. On the wedding day, Gloria, Emma, and their team handled the venue set up in a few hours, which happened like a choreographed dance that required practically no work from us or our wedding parties other than providing input and approval along the way. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were able to be fully present. After our ceremony, my husband and I returned to the house, where Gloria had set up champagne and a spread of our hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy over a few minutes of privacy, which is something she had recommended we do as we took in the moment together. Our guests have had nothing but positive things to say about our wedding and it was clear the day of how much fun everyone had. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful and authentic the venue was, how exquisite Gloria’s floral arrangements were, how delicious all of the food was (even the heavy meat-eaters loved the vegetarian menu), and how this will be a wedding they will always remember. Gloria made us feel like part of her family and we were so happy to be able to support her business. We truly could not have asked for a more memorable, personalized, loving, and beautiful wedding, and hope that many other couples have the pleasure of getting married at this special place.

We had a wedding reception/party in the Green Room recently for around 85 people and it was AMAZING! TJ, Christine and the team were so easy going and awesome to work with. They thought of every detail and were on-site to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was PHENOMENAL! We did the pass around hor d'oeuvres, the pizza package and the Gatos Tacos. Everyone absolutely loved it! Our guests are still talking about it! P.S. - Don't sleep on those mini grilled cheeses for the pass arounds - like OMG! The drinks were obviously great as well. If you haven't been to New Park, go and drink up! You won't regret it! Not a beer drinker? They have a full bar in their event space! Great for any type of drinker. They even had NA beer too for the non-drinkers. I highly recommend New Park for any of your event needs! They are the BEST!!

Billiam and Erica truly have a gift and such a special thing going. Our day ran seamlessly, and we couldn’t have been happier. From a touching ceremony that had our guests in tears, to AMAZING food that people are still talking about (definitely not your typical “wedding food”), to the abundance of gorgeous florals that Ivan brought to life even more beautifully than I dreamed—it was all perfection. Cathy went above and beyond setting up our personal décor exactly how I envisioned and created a tablescape that looked like it came straight out of a fairytale. The planning process was also so smooth—they made it easy to choose menus, drinks, and all the little details, and they were always quick to respond to any questions, which gave us so much peace of mind. We also loved how this is such an “all-inclusive” venue, which relieved so much of the stress of finding vendors. You can tell everyone they use works together all the time, which makes the whole experience seamless. For anything not included, Billiam provided excellent recommendations (music, Airbnbs, hair & makeup), which made everything so easy. Throughout it all, Erica and Billiam were patient, reassuring, and accommodating—even when I asked to change our ceremony spot last minute! They welcomed me back to pick a new space and made me feel completely confident. I was also nervous about florals matching with my bridesmaids’ dresses and family colors, and they kept promising me I would love it. They were right—it was beyond perfect. This is the most unique, special farm and venue I’ve ever seen, and it felt exactly like “us.” The entire team—Erica, Billiam, Ivan, Cathy, and everyone involved—are so talented, kind, and detail-oriented. They truly care about making each wedding magical, and it shows in every moment. We could not have asked for more, and we will forever be grateful for the memories they created for us.

I can’t even put into words how special my wedding was thanks to The Lake House (but I’m going to try lol). I found this location on Zola and when I contacted the owner, Paul, it was like speaking to an old friend even though we had never met before. He is so sincere and thoughtful and has the best tips and tricks for wedding planning. I never hired a wedding planner and I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning of my planning process but Paul was there every step of the way for me. He answered all my emails filled with dumb questions and he advised me in the best way. Carole, my wedding coordinator at the venue, was an absolute gem as well and made things so easy. My wedding was 11/16/24 (the last wedding of their season!) and I still have guests telling me how fantastic everything was. Especially the FOOD. I truly dream about the filet mignon and tiramisu we had about twice a week lol. I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. I would have my next birthday party here just so I can see Paul and Carole again and eat more of the delicious food lol. The location is GORGEOUS and they truly made my wedding the best night of my entire life.

From our first meeting, to our final exit the night of our wedding, we experienced the highest level of hospitality and service. Our guests raved about the food, the atmosphere and the staff! Everyone was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. Working with Bryce was like working with a life long friend. He was quick to respond to emails, kept us on track with our planning and brought so much ease to the process. We had full confidence in his team and were able to enjoy our day start to finish. Courtney was an absolute gem! Her and her team truly brought our vision to life on the overnight. She was so attentive throughout our day and I was so lucky to have her to lean on!
