A private 35 acre manor nestled in the Hudson Valley offering a 5,000 square foot barn or outdoor tented reception, cocktail hour, and wedding reception sites. The barn offers a beautiful rustic yet elegant feel with black iron chandeliers, white draping, and bistro lights around the property. When you combine stunning ponds, plush green meadows, and a natural wooded backdrop, the options for your special day become endless. We are located 10 minutes off of the NYS Thruway exits Saugerties/KIngston NY Offering hotels within 5 minutes from our venue for the ease and convenience of your out of town guests. The property offers beautiful wood fence lines, ponds with light features and fountains, lush lawns to offer your guests a game of cornhole or giant connect four. The barn also offers a full length front porch for relaxing and catching up with family and friends that you haven't seen in years. A large back patio to offer for your outdoor cocktail hour and multiple ceremony locations.

Everything I dreamed it would be
I get emotional thinking about how perfect our wedding day was. First off fortune valley manor is absolutely stunning inside and out! For our wedding we had a big guest list and were struggling to find a venue that fit that count comfortably will also pulling in the outdoor elements that felt most like us—fortune valley manor was perfect! Kerri the wedding owner/planner if phenomenal. She is extremely detail oriented and is running a well oiled machine! Absolutely nothing was amiss the entire day! The staff was so incredible, kind, and attentive! Shelia the bridal attendant is the sweetest human and made sure we had everything we need day of! Our guest could not stop and still continue to compliment us on the venue, the food (seriously THE FOOD, unreal!!) , the incredible staff..etc! I truly don’t think our wedding would have been the day it was had we not chosen fortune valley manor—they are the full package!! We would have our wedding here 100 times over and will be forever grateful we made the choice to have it here!
DREAM wedding venue!
An absolute dream of a wedding venue! I recently got married at FVM in early September and could not recommend more. So many positive things to say… see below! First and foremost, the venue is tucked away in the most charming area of the Hudson Valley, surrounded by beautiful greenery and very well-kept grounds. Our guests not only raved about how gorgeous the space was, but also how fantastic the food was (s/o to the King, Chef Charlie), how the drinks were superb (a wedding essential), and how the staff was super helpful and friendly (thank you FVM team)! However, the true gem behind it all is Kerri—the amazing owner of the venue who also becomes your planner/coordinator and helps make the magic happen! Kerri is the most passionate, hardworking gal in the business. She will LITERALLY do anything and everything to make her couples wedding day a dream. As someone who recently relocated to the west coast and was planning our wedding from afar, Kerri went above and beyond to help make our planning experience seamless. She was super cost-conscious and accommodating, helping customize every element of our day and reflect our true vision. Even when the weather was looking not so good and I was stressing (emphasis on the stress), the FVM team had plans A-Z to ensure the day went on perfectly no matter what. And of course Kerri did everything and more to shuffle some things around so that the whole experience and day of remained seamless. What can’t this woman do?? An extra special shout out to her husband Frank who is the man behind the scenes keeping the space perfectly manicured and gorgeous! And of course kudos to my queen Mia (my personal bridal attendant for the day) who kept me dry from the weather, well fed, and took care of us all night! Final comment: this venue is unlike any venue we toured. It is not only a unique and charming space, but also so personable. In fact, through our venue touring process, FVM stood out as the only one to be so focused and dedicated to your event (vs just being another wedding on their list, booking couples back-to-back-to-back, etc.). Kerri, Frank, and the FVM staff truly have the best hearts and complete emotional ownership to your day, making your wedding experience like no other. The biggest and warmest thank you, thank you, thank you! And look no further for where to have your wedding!
Dream venue
There aren't enough words to say how grateful we are to the Fortune Valley Manor team for executing our dream wedding. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, Kerri and Frank took great care in listening to our concerns, providing excellent advice and amazing vendors, and helping our vision come to life, crossing every T and dotting every I. They truly display a "give a s**t" attitude that I haven't encountered anywhere else. I can't recommend this venue enough for anyone in the Hudson Valley looking for an all-inclusive venue or even anyone who is willing to travel for a "destination wedding" like my now husband and myself. We had a truly memorable day and felt that the entire staff displayed a great amount of love and care towards us. I think everyone was also very excited on our special day since it was the first Saturday since November that it hadn't rained in upstate New York! Chef Charlie and his team were also incredible to work with and created an amazing menu selection -- if only my dress could let me fit in more food!
I still don't know how Kerri and Frank do it!
Fortune Valley Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, the team's communication was detailed, fast, and extremely organized. The gorgeous barn and property were exactly what we were looking for to blend our Tamil Brahmin (Hindu) wedding traditions with an Upstate New York barn feel. The wedding planning process was thorough, and Kerri and her team made sure our special day went smoothly, even studying our customs ahead of time. While wedding planning can be overwhelming at times, Fortune Valley Manor exceeded all of our needs and expectations to make our dream wedding a reality.
