Main BARN Reception Area

Unique and Elegant

The main space, which is made up of a 2000sq ft square, plus two long wings (500sq ft each) that have large barn doors exiting to the north and south paddocks. High peaked ceilings in the main space with elegant iron chandeliers, and soft bistro lighting, all dimmable. Polished concrete flooring throughout this space making a perfect dance floor wherever you choose that to be. Heating and cooling throughout and gorgeous floor to ceiling wood.

    As an area wedding and event planner, we see a LOT of venues. The good, the bad, and the ugly. None of these describe The BARN at Liberty Farms, because this is an exceptional space, all around. Warm, welcoming, kind and helpful from booking to farewell. Impeccably kept interior and exterior spaces. Always thinking about the couples needs first, adjusting to the unique needs of the market and growing to keep that top notch experience. The space itself is very flexible in terms of personalizing couples experiences, and the venue is always open to exploring new options with this. In brief, I get a very big smile each and every time we are approached from one of the amazing couples celebrating their big days at The BARN, as they are truly, one of the best of the best in the Catskills / Hudson Valley venue scene.

    If you are looking to get married in Hudson NY You can't go wrong at The Barns at Liberty Farms. Venue is always clean, and has many amnemdies some venues do not, including bathrooms, potable running water, tables and chairs, heat and air-conditioning. The space has many layout options and flows well. Blanche and Danni are a pleasure to work with and really care about each event being a day to remember. They supply an excellent list of vendors, who are easy to work with and are all local pro's. We also buy ingredients for our events both meat and vegetables. They have an amazing group of farmers. Certified organic and bio dynamic. Everything they do is to the best standard.
