Our 9,564 sq ft event barn can accommodate up to 300 guests and is complemented by a bluestone patio perfect for cocktail receptions. Our outdoor ceremony site offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the breathtaking Catskill Mountains. Additionally, we offer on-site accommodations for up to 24 guests, for your wedding party to stay & celebrate. We further enhance the experience with a cozy honeymoon cottage, offering a secluded retreat for the couple’s first night together as newlyweds.

    The moment we stepped onto the property at Stonewall Estate, we knew instantly that it was where we wanted to get married. We had been searching for a venue that we could call our own for the entire weekend—somewhere our family and bridal party could stay together on-site—and Stonewall delivered this perfectly. The estate house and cottage created the ideal setting for a full wedding-weekend experience. Melanie and Steve have their venue down to a science. Their attentiveness, organization, and genuine care made our planning process smooth and stress-free. We never hired a wedding planner because we truly didn’t need one—Melanie was on top of every timeline and detail from start to finish. When we couldn’t get a hold of our caterer, she stepped in immediately and helped us navigate the situation without hesitation. On the wedding day, Melanie and Steve brought our vision to life flawlessly. Even when our buses ran behind schedule, Melanie remained calm, collected, and reassuring, making sure everything still stayed perfectly on track. There were moments when I needed something as simple as my jacket—and somehow it would just appear. Melanie anticipated every need for us, our families, and our bridal party, while Steve worked seamlessly behind the scenes to keep the entire event running beautifully. We were fortunate enough to experience Stonewall Estate as guests before our own wedding, and even then, Melanie and Steve were incredibly attentive. Knowing that this level of care carries through for every event made us even more confident in our choice. Our wedding day was truly perfect, and we owe so much of that to Stonewall Estate. We cannot recommend this venue—and Melanie and Steve—highly enough. It is a magical place run by exceptional people, and we feel so grateful to have celebrated our day there.

    We do not even know where to begin at how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Stonewall Estates is!! From the venue itself, to the guest house to the amazing staffing we could go on and on! Melanie and Steve, the owners, treat it as if it was their wedding day making every last piece perfect from checking in with us on the day to measuring the seats at the ceremony site to make sure the spacing is perfect! The process from start to finish was truly amazing from check ins to answering any questions concerns to even giving local guidance for a welcome dinner and the shuttle service! Melanie has such a passion for what she does and it truly makes you feel like at ease because she is on your side! She was out restocking the s’mores to warming up blankets for us after a light drizzle right before our ceremony started! This team and venue make your wedding “day” into a wedding weekend with loved ones and family - giving you more time to enjoy your special moment! Stonewall has thought of it all and we would highly recommend you having your wedding here too.

    We had the most amazing experience having our October wedding at Stonewall Estate! Melanie & her team were absolute excellence in all of the planning leading up to the day, and the day of! We felt like we were in great hands for anything that arose and we truly saw our vision come to life! The property is a dream and the ability to stay onsite with our closest family & friends at the house for the weekend was amazing. The getting ready suites were also perfect and made us feel fabulous on the morning of. Stonewall has become a very special place for us and we hope to visit again some time soon.     Wedding Date: 10/25/2025 When we first were looking for wedding venues, our vision was to have a wedding week where all our family and friends could feel like they were on vacation. We wanted a place that provided accommodations for our bridal party on the same property as the ceremony site and reception hall. Stonewall Estate delivered on all fronts. The Estate House, which accommodated our entire bridal party, sat at the top of the hill with breathtaking views of the hills/mountains. It also allowed the entire bridal party to bond over the course of the wedding week, and we had so many fun moments in that house. The ceremony site was beautiful with the autumn mountains as the backdrop. Although it was a bit cold, Stonewall provided a cold weather package that included hand warmers, blankets, and outdoor heaters for our guests. We also opted for the warm apple cider as a finishing touch! The reception space was a blank canvas and really allowed us to turn it into exactly what we had envisioned. The space was huge and allowed for us to accommodate a lot of guests, and incorporate so much of the furniture and decor Stonewall had to offer. The Stonewall property was more than satisfying for the wedding week, but then there’s the owners and staff who take it over the top. Melanie was so kind, helpful and supporting throughout the entire planning process. Answering our questions, providing her thoughts and ideas with regard to vendors, decor, and wedding day coordination. Stacy made sure our decor vision came to life. Steve ensured that everything, down to the tables and chairs, were exactly where they needed to be. The parking attendants, golf cart drivers, bartenders, all provided by Stonewall, were so kind and helpful on the wedding day. Suffice it to say, Stonewall Estate was the perfect place for us to spend our wedding week, and I will never forget all they did to make our wedding dreams come true. Our friends and family have not stopped raving about how much fun they had and how awesome the property is. We are seriously considering booking the property again, but this time for an anniversary vacation with our family and friends, just to relive the fun and positive vibes we had our wedding week.
