The Bailey House

This home is stunning!

The Bailey House is a meticulously renovated 1800's farmhouse. With four master suites and a half bath on the main floor. The Bailey House also offers a chefs kitchen and a club room perfect for a welcome party or post wedding brunch! You will not have to leave the property all weekend if you don't want to.

    Best Ceremony Space ever

    A 360 view of amazingness, absolutely beautiful. Also just as great home to get ready in and the food was also great! A photographers dream!

Yes, for consumption at The Bailey House only. Alcohol must otherwise be served by a licensed vendor and have a permit for each event.
Yes, there is ample parking at both the home and the wedding site.
Yes and No - the trolleys are not wheelchair accessible but special transportation can be provided. The Bailey House Club room is wheelchair accessible however, the bedrooms are all on the fourth floor.
Ceremony site, chairs, set up and clean up. The reception site, with air conditioned restroom suites and trolley transportation throughout the property. Venue staff will be onsite for your event including day of coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly, parking attendant, security and ample staff to set up and break down. Last, you have the use of the Bailey House from Friday - Sunday.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within six months of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Noble Point has it own registered airport known as Tomahawk Hills. The airport can handle any aircraft that can land on grass and boasts a 2500 foot runway. Albany international airport is a mere 80 miles from us and Stewart International airport is 110 miles. Car rentals are available at both airports.
yes, we do require day of insurance from all of our couples.. Usually the cost ranges from $150-$300 depending on the size of the guest list.
Yes, The Bailey House is included with four master suites for you to use from Friday to Sunday. We also have another large rental home that sleeps 18 and is available for an additional fee.
