For more than 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of planning and coordinating weddings of all sizes across LI. From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, I’ve learned that no two love stories are the same. My passion goes beyond creating beautiful weddings. I believe every couple should be able to fully experience the joy of their wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendor coordination, or the countless details happening behind the scenes. Whether you’re looking for full wedding planning or professional day-of coordination, my goal is to ensure every piece comes together so you can be present for the moments that matter most.

With a family background in set dressing, design, and production, creativity has always been a part of who I am. Over the past 13 years, I’ve also had the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most respected event professionals, gaining invaluable experience and refining the organizational skills, attention to detail, and calm approach that every wedding day deserves.

We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Julia as our wedding planner. From our very first meeting, she took the time to truly understand our vision and turned it into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every detail — from the décor and timeline to the coordination with vendors — was handled with such care, creativity, and professionalism. On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly thanks to Julia’s calm presence and flawless organization. She made sure we could simply enjoy the moment, knowing that every aspect was being perfectly managed behind the scenes. Julia’s passion for her work shines through in everything she does. Our wedding day was stress-free, elegant, and unforgettable — all because of her dedication and talent. Julia is absolutely the best!!!
Julia truly is the best at what she does. I went into planning my wedding having so many different mixed ideas about what I wanted it to look like and she took the time to listen to what I had to say and help my dream truly come to live. I was in constant communication with her for what felt like every day for a year straight, constantly trading ideas back and forth and listening to her feedback. Every time she saw a cool idea somewhere or came up with something fun and different that I should do, she reached out to me. Our wedding was just as big of a deal to her as it was to us. We wanted a momentous wedding that everyone would remember forever and she gave us that 100x over. Without her I would have been completely lost. Julia was always a step ahead, thinking of the next fun and beautiful thing that we could add onto our wedding, even leading into the week of just because she knew how important it was for us to have a stand out wedding. From helping us decide on the color scheme, floor wrap, linens, menus etc. she gave us input every single step of the way and was completely honest. If she knew something wasn't going to look right or something else was going to look better, she told us truthfully. Every single detail was planned out with care, from if I should wear a hair piece in my hair to the style of the mints in the bathroom and it was executed flawlessly. No ask was too big or too small and Julia made it all possible. When I closed my eyes and pictured what my wedding would look like, I never thought it would be possible. With Julia's direction on what vendors to reach out to, it all completely came to life. I am still getting compliments on all the details and cohesiveness of my wedding, people can't get over how beautiful and well organized it was. The best thing you can do for yourself when planning a wedding or event is to hire Julia, there is absolutely no one better and no one who will meet you with as much patience, knowledge and professionalism.
