This National Register Historic Property was developed in 1856 offers a 1/2 mile frontage on the Hudson River with panoramic views of the Catskills. Imagine dancing the night away on the banks of the Hudson as the sun sets behind the Catskills. There is no other venue like this! Not only does our Summer and Fall rate include use of these riverside grounds but also the barn complex that the Livingston family erected. Spend your wedding day down by the river and use the barn complex for a welcome party. Our property can accommodate multiple events. We offer a discounted Spring Season the first Two weekends in May and a Regular season of Summer and Fall. Tours are given most days of the week and are by appointment only. For couples that live far away virtual tours via Facetime are offered, weather permitting. Virtual tours last as long a regular tour and therefore are also by appointment only.
