BLACKBARN Hudson Valley is a unique option for an intimate gathering that can be customized for each event. This space features a multi-level formal dining room with fireplace and loft that overlooks the main dining room. Guests are also able to enjoy the private terrace with optional covered awning and use of country chic Tavern bar. Each wedding is customized utilizing the existing wooden top tables and restaurant furniture. Guests can also enjoy on-site luxury accommodations at the Diamond Mills Hotel.

    All of our wedding packages include a 5 hour event. Should your ceremony be onsite, a half an hour is factored in prior to the start of cocktail hour.
    No, our venue is fully insured.
    1st & 2nd deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you cancel within 6 months, a cancellation fee equal to your deposit or 50% of original total estimate, whichever is greater, will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your contracted event date, you agree to pay the contracted minimum amount plus all additional expenses incurred by BLACKBARN in preparation of the event.
    Our building is located about 40 minutes away from Albany Airport in Albany, New York. You can reach our venue by public transportation via train (Rhinebeck Amtrak Station or Poughkeepsie Metro North), or by private car or taxi.

    Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.
