No, All alcohol must be managed through a Caterer or Bar service holding a New York State Liquor License. No Cash Bars are Allowed. No self-service by guests is allowed. Bartenders must be paid employees of the Catering /Bar Company and must be licensed to serve alcohol. Bartenders must be a non-guest of event. More details of this policy are provided in our information packet. Please email us for a copy.

We do multi day rental packages midweek or the full weekend. So, you have the facilities from Mon-Wed, Tues-Thurs, or Fri-Sun. Our weekday and weekend packages have different pricing.

Yes, The venue renter is liable for any damage done to our property, equipment, and facilities during the rental time period. Renters are required to obtain event insurance for at least $2,000,000 in liability. Event insurance can be found at eventhelper.com or wedsafe.com ranging in $200-$300.
