With our stylish rustic aesthetic and top-notch amenities, this one-of-a-kind destination sets the scene for a truly unforgettable experience. For couples that want a farm wedding, but not a dirt floor, Bad Seed Cider can provide a unique yet lavish wedding experience for guests. Whether you're planning a grand soiree with 125 of your best friends or a more intimate event, we have you covered. Ceremonies can take place with a scenic view of the apple orchard. After saying 'I do', couples and their loved ones can make their way into the Cider House for a night of dancing and entertainment. The 3,000 square feet of indoor space is a blank slate for you to plan your perfect reception. Plus over 5,000 square foot outdoor space complete with fire pits for your guests to relax and unwind at the end of a memorable evening.

Spanning 5,000 sq ft, our Taproom elegantly marries rustic charm with modern design, providing ample room for up to 125 guests. Accentuated with event lighting, the taproom features an a generous dance floor, a dedicated bar section, a relaxing loft area and restroom facilities. This space serves as a blank canvas, ready to be tailored to your unique vision.

The Party starts here! With two Bars to service your guests we ensure a cold craft beverage is never out of reach. Staffed with three dedicated knowledgable bartenders to help guide guests on a tasting tour of the Hudson River Valley with everything from Ciders made on site , locally brewed beer and wine we ensure there is something for everyone behind the bar.

Working with Bad Seed Cider for our wedding was hands-down the best decision we made. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about how beautiful the spot is. As a pretty laidback couple, we were so grateful for how attentive and accommodating the team was. They completely took the stress out of the day, making sure we had absolutely everything we needed while keeping us on track so we didn’t forget a single detail. They truly went above and beyond for us. And of course, we have to mention the drinks… they were absolutely INCREDIBLE! If you want a gorgeous venue with an amazing team and fantastic drinks, look no further. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

An April Wedding at Bad Seed!
Just had my wedding here and what a time we had :D Devin, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with when planning and was very patient in answering my endless questions. Our guests loved the venue, especially the easy access to the patio during the reception, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If you want the full effect of the orchards in bloom for your photos, I would wait until later in the season, but we had excellent weather. Great bar selection and everyone got a kick out of the arcade area. 10/10, would recommend!

Summer Wedding
We had our wedding on Friday evening, July 18, 2025 at Bad Seed and it was absolutely flawless in every way! Devin, Albert and the whole Bad Seed staff were incredible in helping make the day go as smoothly as possible. They became friends and we go back and visit often. We haven't stopped hearing rave reviews and compliments from our family and friends who attended the wedding about the ceremony in the orchard, the cocktail hour on the patio, the reception inside and outside and everything that goes along with it. We would choose this venue a million times over!

If you’re looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and a modern rustic indoor reception, Bad Seed Cider is the best option. We had our wedding July 25th, 2025 and the venue, the staff, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. We worked with Devin for months and he is truly awesome, he answered every single question we had instantly and offered exceptional service to help with making our day exactly what we wanted. The Greatest Wedding Venue In The Hudson Valley!
If you're looking to get married in the Hudson Valley, you need to have it at Bad Seed. The staff are truly incredible, always going above and beyond during your wedding planning process all the way through the wedding. Throughout the planning period, the bad seed team were always available whenever we had questions or needed to figure out logistics. During our wedding day they we're constantly checking in on us to make sure that we we're having a great night and our guests raved about the kindness and care they showed to them throughout the night. Plus, the cider is truly the best you can find! Speaking on the venue space itself, you cannot find a more picturesque location! Set perfectly on their own orchard, you're surrounded by beautiful foliage as far as the eye can see! And the venue itself has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces that will charm all of your guests! We truly cannot think of a better place to have held our special day, and we're eternally grateful to Devin & the rest of the Bad Seed crew for making our day absolutely perfect! :)
