Ballroom Pre-Function is ideal for cocktail receptions, coffee breaks and afternoon or evening refreshments.
The Ballroom Pre-Function space features two built-in bars and a flexible, oversized LED wall display, lending to its functionality as both a pre-function room and a stand-alone event space. With comfortable lounge furniture throughout, and private seating to share a conversation or answer work emails, the Ballroom Pre-Function is ideal for cocktail receptions, coffee breaks and afternoon or evening refreshments.

The perfect space for your outdoor ceremony.
Conveniently connected to both the Century Ballroom North and the Ballroom Pre-Function is our 8,000 square foot Outdoor Terrace. The space features an elegant stone bench around the perimeter and a custom-built bar with room to comfortably host up to 300 people for a cocktail reception or social gathering. A variety of tenting options are also available to ensure a seamless event, rain or shine.

The Green Room North also includes a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the Century Ballroom terrace.

The Perfect Venue for the Best Day of Our Lives
We had our wedding at Bristol Event Center in August of this year and truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire BEC team went above and beyond to make the planning process feel easy, organized, and stress-free. One of the things that meant the most to us was how much care they put into getting our cultural food right. We incorporated Vietnamese dishes into our wedding menu, and the chef did an amazing job, especially considering he had never even eaten Vietnamese food before working with us. The team really took the time to listen to our feedback and make sure the food felt authentic and special to us. Everything turned out beautifully, and our guests loved it. They were also so supportive of us incorporating cultural elements into the wedding, including a lion dance. It was something that was really meaningful to us and our families, and we appreciated how open and accommodating they were in helping us make it happen. Another detail we loved was how customizable all of the screens throughout the venue were. We were able to display our photos, use the screens for our seating chart, and even have our photo displayed on the marquee at the front of the building. Seeing that when we arrived was such a cool and special touch and made the whole venue feel like it was truly ours for the day. Special shout out to Sarah!! She’s your point of contact when you work with BEC and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and the rest of the team were always easy to reach, prompt with their responses, and never left me hanging. I always felt supported throughout the planning process. Julia, Gina, and the rest of the BEC crew were also wonderful, professional, responsive, and accommodating. I really wanted our guests to have a fun and memorable experience, and BEC was so supportive of all of our ideas. We added an ice cream truck to the celebration, and they were completely on board and helped make everything work smoothly. I never felt like I was asking for too much or going overboard. They really made me feel like we could create the wedding we actually wanted. Coordinating with the hotel attached to the venue was also a breeze, which made the entire wedding weekend easier for both us and our guests. What I appreciated most was that I never had to worry about whether the venue would follow through on what they promised. They consistently came through for us, which allowed me to focus on the important things, enjoying the experience and bringing my dream wedding to life instead of stressing over logistics. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and Bristol Event Center played such a huge role in making that possible. We are so grateful to Sarah, Julia, Gina, the chef, and the entire BEC team. I would recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful space, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about making your wedding feel personal and special.

A Dream Venue With An Incredible Team
The Bristol Event Center is a stunning venue with an incredible team behind it. I had the pleasure of working alongside Sarah and Julia, and we were completely in sync throughout the day. I love working with a venue that truly believes teamwork makes the dream work, and that's exactly the kind of environment they create. One thing that really stood out to me was how well they cared for the vendors. We had a dedicated room to store our belongings, a beautifully set table, and even our own buffet. It was, without a doubt, some of the best vendor hospitality I've experienced, and every vendor noticed and appreciated it. If you're looking for a venue with a beautiful space, an organized team, and people who genuinely care about both their couples and the vendor team, The Bristol Event Center is an excellent choice. I'd gladly work with them and their couples again anytime!

Outstanding!
We held a New Year’s Eve wedding on 12/31/24, and wow—we cannot thank Sarah and Julia enough for such an amazing night. Our guests are still talking about the wedding, using words like epic, incredible, and amazing—and it truly was. We had a clear vision that required close communication with the staff, and once we shared that vision, they made it happen seamlessly. They even timed the music and smoke perfectly for our entrance into the venue. The venue is clean and offers so much room for decorating, both electronically and within the space itself. The attached hotels were also a great touch, making it easy and convenient for guests to stay overnight. Thank you for giving us the best memories of our wedding day. Wedding at Bristol Event Center
We can not come up with enough nice words to say about the Bristol Event Center. From the time we decided to have our wedding here to the big day, their team was informative, supportive, and as professional a staff could be. Sarah and Julia helped us through everything and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The ballroom was beautiful and the perfect setting for any wedding. Having the hotel attached is also a huge plus for guests coming from out of town. 10/10 in every category and we would recommend the Bristol Event Center to anyone looking for a venue to have their special day!
