The Mountain Room at Mount Southington strives to create the perfect day for our Brides and Grooms by providing rustic chic amenities at an affordable price. Our Mountain Room is warm with wood accents, lofted ceilings, beautiful arching beams and one ceiling-to- floor glass wall from which there is a stunning view of our grounds. Ceremonies can be held outside on our spacious lawn and cocktail hour can be held on our vast patio.

    Their communication was fast and efficient. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely rustic charm and tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for our wedding day. Everything was set up exactly according to plan, and the staff made sure to catch any details I had missed, ensuring our day went off without a hitch.     Venue was great. Was 5k for a Friday. The coordinator was little to no help. She didn’t know what happened on day of the wedding. She wasn’t there day of wedding to help when we thought she would be when we signed contract. We had to repeat multiple times what we wanted. She was hard to get in contact with. If you choose this place just realize it will be 100% on you and there will be poor communication. We had family make the food to keep cost down. Nice view of mountain. Make sure to bring your own speakers because the ones they have aren’t good.
