About this venue
Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

East Room
Original windows and ample natural light make this an amazing ceremony or small reception venue.
The Boylston Room East has many elements of the original mill, including century-old maple floors, hardwood pillars and steel beams. Seven north-facing mill windows fill the space with soft natural light. This 2,700 square foot venue can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, or 200 guests for a ceremony.

West Room
An elegant industrial space for your wedding reception. It has ample room for dinner and dancing all in the same room.
The West Room is a bright and spacious room with both brick and steel pillars across a modern, polished concrete floor. Overlooking the patio and front garden, it's a perfect canvas for any event and where we often host receptions. We included chairs and tables in a variety of layouts and styles.

Garden Courtyard
Urban gabion walls and industrial pillars meets curated landscaping and organic flowing beds, perfect for cocktail hours.
Both the East and West Rooms look out onto the Garden Courtyard. Designed by top landscape architects, it has stunning stone gabion walls, metal industrial pillars for high visual impact, and beautiful bistro lights. Located next to the East Entrance of Keystone Mill, and it's a perfect spot for a social hour, late-night snacks, or a dramatic send-off.

Spectacular spectacular!
I can’t say enough about this spectacular venue! From my first communication with them, both Erin and Myles made my planning and decision-making, easy breezy! The vibe of the Boylston Rooms is funky, warm, and welcoming. even though Erin and Myles made things easy I was a nervous bride! But the day of the wedding came and they helped me to settle in and really enjoy my beautiful day that I had waited so long for! I can’t thank them enough - we had a great wedding - I highly recommend their spectacular venue.
Best Venue & Team
The Boylston Rooms was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, the team, especially Myles, was prompt, open, and quick to respond to all of our questions. On the day of, Myles made sure I was eating and drinking, and redirected family members who were being overwhelming, allowing me to slow down and truly enjoy the day. The industrial yet classic aesthetic of the space was simply beautiful, and we received countless compliments from our guests on the unique and stunning setting. The overall value was incredible, and we would highly recommend The Boylston Rooms to any couple looking for a breathtaking wedding venue with an amazing team that truly goes above and beyond!
Amazing experience!
From the very first time walking into the Boylston Rooms, we knew that this was the perfect place for us! Myles and Erin (and their whole team) do an amazing job making you feel like family. Everything you could need is taken care of by the wonderful staff, and their warehouse of decor is beautiful. There was nothing better than just showing up that day and having the rooms look exactly as we had planned with them. If you are looking for a venue that will personalize everything how you want without you having to do all the heavy lifting, The Boylston Rooms is the place for you.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Boylston Rooms and their team. From the very beginning, the experience was organized, thoughtful, and stress-free — and our wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. Everything ran so smoothly and according to plan that we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the entire day, which is something you hear isn’t always possible. A huge part of that was thanks to Myles, our day-of coordinator, who was simply outstanding. He was always right there with exactly what we needed — sometimes before we even realized we needed it. Myles kept everything running effortlessly behind the scenes while making sure we were calm, comfortable, and enjoying ourselves. He managed every little detail with such care and confidence that we never once had to worry about a thing. There was a perfect amount of time to breathe and take it all in both before and after the ceremony, and the entire day flowed so naturally without ever feeling rushed. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and seamless everything felt, and we owe so much of that to Myles and the Boylston Rooms team. We also loved that The Boylston Rooms is a sustainable venue, which made a huge difference to us. Their approach means there’s less waste and less to buy — from decor to tableware — and yet everything still looks absolutely stunning. It felt good knowing our celebration aligned with our values and that the space itself has been so intentionally designed with both beauty and sustainability in mind. The venue itself is breathtaking — modern, warm, and full of character — but what really makes The Boylston Rooms special is the people. Every single member of the team clearly cares deeply about what they do and about creating the best possible experience for each couple. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. We can’t thank Myles and the entire Boylston Rooms team enough for giving us the most wonderful, memorable day. We would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation
