About this venue
Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

East Room
Original windows and ample natural light make this an amazing ceremony or small reception venue.
The Boylston Room East has many elements of the original mill, including century-old maple floors, hardwood pillars and steel beams. Seven north-facing mill windows fill the space with soft natural light. This 2,700 square foot venue can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, or 200 guests for a ceremony.

West Room
An elegant industrial space for your wedding reception. It has ample room for dinner and dancing all in the same room.
The West Room is a bright and spacious room with both brick and steel pillars across a modern, polished concrete floor. Overlooking the patio and front garden, it's a perfect canvas for any event and where we often host receptions. We included chairs and tables in a variety of layouts and styles.

Garden Courtyard
Urban gabion walls and industrial pillars meets curated landscaping and organic flowing beds, perfect for cocktail hours.
Both the East and West Rooms look out onto the Garden Courtyard. Designed by top landscape architects, it has stunning stone gabion walls, metal industrial pillars for high visual impact, and beautiful bistro lights. Located next to the East Entrance of Keystone Mill, and it's a perfect spot for a social hour, late-night snacks, or a dramatic send-off.

Boylston Rooms
From our first phone call to the final moments of our reception, the team at The Boylston Rooms made planning our wedding feel effortless. The space itself is naturally gorgeous with stunning lighting that meant we didn't need to add much decoration, they have room full of decoration that is available for you to use. You could use a minimal or as much as you wanted this allowed is to say within budget. They walked us through every detail leading up to the day and handled everything with such care that nothing felt stressful. When my dress broke later on throughout the night, Erin fixed it without hesitation so I could continue dancing the night away. Their communication via phone and email was always prompt and helpful, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. We had the most memorable wedding and would absolutely recommend The Boylston Rooms to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful venue.

Our Dream Elopement at The Boylston Rooms
We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Boylston Rooms, Myles, Erin, and their incredible team! We originally planned a simple courthouse elopement, but after a ChatGPT search for intimate wedding options, we discovered The Boylston Rooms—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. In less than three weeks, Myles and Erin helped transform our simple plan into a beautiful, intimate, and truly unforgettable wedding day. They made everything feel effortless and stress-free, and we never once felt like we were “just” having an elopement. Our day was treated with so much care, intention, and heart. Their vendor team was equally amazing. Myers Catering made our intimate dinner feel so special, Dandelions created stunning florals, and West on Jade Photography captured memories we will cherish forever. What started as a courthouse elopement became a wedding day more meaningful and beautiful than we ever imagined. We are so grateful to Myles, Erin, and everyone who helped make August 8th so unforgettable. We booked The Boylston Rooms for our wedding and couldn't have made a better choice. From start to finish, Myles and Jenn kept us calm and stress-free by checking in on us throughout the day and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The venue itself is stunning with gorgeous lighting inside and a courtyard outside that guests loved, plus they handle all the decorations so you don't have to worry about a thing. The space is elegant and comfortable, which meant we weren't stressed about weather or unexpected issues since everything felt perfect inside. Myles and Jenn's attention to detail and constant support made our day feel special and taken care of from beginning to end. If you want a venue where you can relax and let the professionals handle it, The Boylston Rooms is the place.

AMAZING
Our wedding at The Boylston Rooms was everything we hoped for. We were looking for something that felt less like a traditional banquet hall and more like an intimate, elevated dinner party, and the space was absolutely perfect. The industrial architecture, exposed brick, and large windows create a beautiful backdrop that doesn't need much decoration to feel special. The planning process was smooth from beginning to end. Communication was clear, and the team was organized, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. We never felt like we had to worry about logistics because the staff had everything under control. If there was a problem - I had know idea it was happening!! A special thank you to Myles, who was phenomenal. He was calm, professional, incredibly attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. He made us feel completely taken care of and played a huge role in making the day feel effortless. The food was excellent, our guests are still talking about it, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding. We received so many compliments on both the venue itself and the overall experience. If you're looking for a venue that is modern, unique, and exceptionally well-run, we can't recommend The Boylston Rooms highly enough. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding.

MOST AMAZING PLACE FOR A WEDDING
From the moment we walked into The Boylston Rooms, we knew it was the right choice for our wedding. The huge industrial space gave us the perfect backdrop to create something truly special, and the team's responsiveness made planning stress-free. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and kept everything on schedule, which meant we could actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about details. Every staff member was helpful and warm, making sure our guests felt welcomed and cared for. The Boylston Rooms has a way of bringing out the magic in your celebration, and honestly, it was the most beautiful night we could have asked for. We can't recommend them highly enough.
