Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I cannot recommend Love and Life Events enough! From the very beginning, their team made the entire planning process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. My husband and I had Chiell, Kristy, Makayla, Bella, and Christina, who helped us along the way. We were actually referred to LVLF by my cousin, who also used them for her wedding. And now we completely understand why! From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. One of the things we appreciated most was how on top of everything they were. They kept us aligned with our vendors, followed up when we fell behind on emails, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Their communication and structure gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. They were constantly checking in on us from our monthly planning meetings all the way through our wedding day. We always felt supported, heard, and taken care of. When it came to design, they truly exceeded our expectations. As someone so indecisive and terrible at explaining things, I truly believe that this was the dream wedding I didn't think I could have. With only a few pins/pictures that I provided to them from my Pinterest board, they saw the vision and elevated it into something even more beautiful. One of the most unforgettable moments was our first walkthrough of the decorated venue while our guests were enjoying cocktail hour. Seeing everything fully set up for the first time was absolutely breathtaking, and it wouldn't have been possible without their hard work and vision. My husband and I received so many compliments on how smooth and organized everything was. Some even said it was the best wedding they've been to! We ended up going with their full service planning, design service, and their new content creation services. Wedding planning is an investment. Two weeks before our wedding, we completed their inventory list for decoration which was extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and preparing our decorations ahead of time. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! Hiring Tavi was easily the best thing we could have done for ourselves when we started wedding planning. We really had no idea what we were doing, I was super anxious about everything, and Tavi guided us through it all with grace, expertise, and humor. She helped us figure out what we actually wanted our wedding to look like (a rainbow fruit and vegetable disco party), what was important to us, our budget, our vendors, and most importantly, she kept me from losing my mind (which, let's be honest, is probably the biggest reason you hire a wedding planner, right?). She put together an amazing vendor team that brought our vision to life even more than we could have hoped for. After the wedding, we got so many compliments about how great it was, and how it was the best wedding they'd been to, no exaggeration. When I tell you that hiring Jackie was the best decision we made for our wedding… We were planning a DIY bilingual wedding on our own at our church/church hall and were advised to hire a coordinator for the day of to make sure everything run smoothly. I'm not exaggerating when I say there could not have been a more perfect match of a wedding planner for us than Jill. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

We hired Samantha as our "day of coordinator" as it was required by my venue. She went above and beyond the "day of" aspect and was with me from 8 months out. She would text and call to check in and ask if I needed assistance with anything. If I started to stress on something, she would handle it. As a mom, and full time student, who was buying a house, and planning a wedding, she brought ease to the wedding planning process. She had her own baby during this time as well! My reception space turned out beautiful thanks to her, her assistant and my mother-in-law's (and some family) diligent help/work. She sent me pictures of the venue space as I hid out waiting for my ceremony. She is very kind, and I think she did a great job!

Blooming Plan and Organize was perfect for our smaller, more intimate wedding. Sabina's communication style was professional and friendly, and we felt confident in her abilities. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly efficient, polished, and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our special day went smoothly. Even though we only needed a day-of coordinator, she was involved in key parts of the planning, like the venue walkthrough, rehearsal, and email communication with vendors. On the wedding day, her coordination allowed us to truly focus on getting married and enjoying ourselves, rather than worrying about the logistics. My wife and I just had a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception and owe a tremendous amount of the outcome to our wedding coordinator Joy. We were attempting to plan a fairly large wedding in a span of less than three months. After getting a venue and recommendations for vendors I set out trying to put this together. After a couple weeks I realized there was just too many things to do, and reached out and hired Joy. From that moment she took control and eased all my worries. She contacted all the vendors, put together the wedding and reception timelines all while keeping us informed and modifying things based on changes we wanted. She was most amazing on the day of the event, my wife is Filipina and a few of her bridesmaids were going on “Philippino Time”, Joy never got flustered she adjusted on the fly, worked seamlessly with our photographer who need “20 more minutes “ for some some additional photos. She adjusted everything and we completed all the things we wanted done before the reception ended. I cannot recommend her services more and can guarantee she will meet all your needs for your event. Jessica is an angel sent down from heaven. Seriously, not even kidding. She saved multiple mishaps at my wedding without breaking a sweat or batting an eye. For example my cake fell the morning of my wedding (a screw up on our bakers end). She found a different baker to send us a fake cake that looked so real none of our guests knew it was fake. She also helped me get a huge stain out of my dress within seconds before having our first dance. Jessica helped ease all of my anxiety and I felt so comfortable around her from the moment I met her. It felt like having a friend around with me all day. Her assistants were also so sweet and absolutely killed it the day of my wedding. They made everything so easy to where I could just relax and enjoy my day. Jessica and team I seriously love you guys and feel so incredibly blessed that I got to have you guys by our side on our big day.

Events by Angela Monique (with her team of 3) was our wedding planner, and we were pleased with their service. Their communication style summarized conversations, was direct, and inquisitive to vendors, primarily through email, and they were assertive in keeping us on track. The quality of their work was comprehensive, detailed, and particular. They did an excellent job setting up and tearing down all of the decorations, and their day-of coordination was flawless, though the pre-planning process was a bit stressful due to some misalignment between their vision and ours. Overall, Angela Monique was a brilliant day-of coordinator, flexible with travel fees, and provided us with a bonus video of the event photos.

Alexis’ Cheers Event Company is one of the greatest coordinator and planning services we ever encountered. She made us feel comfortable that we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. We ended up doing the Month of Coordination, and even though that left most of the planning and creation up to us; Alexis was always a phone call away if we ever needed advice or referrals.
