Dynamic Wedding Duo Here! What we do: We create a custom plan to execute all of the wonderful details you have dreamed up for your wedding. Our services include planning, site tours, vendor meetings, details meeting, unlimited text, calls and email communication. We build a custom timeline and connect with all of your chosen vendors to have a seamless day. We are available to be with you from day one of planning to rehearsal. Day of your event: You get to be the guest of honor while we handle the rest! While you’re getting ready, we are setting out final details, while welcoming and directing all vendors so that everyone is on the same page.

We are Business Besties…. As a team, we work together to see all angles of your special day. We know how important it is to have a best friend, available for your special day. We specialize in giving every couple the best friend treatment. We plan and execute, like it is our very own Special Day.

    ABOVE AND BEYOND! I don’t even know where to begin! Jessica was with me every step of the way. We met by coincidence and a wedding planner hadn’t even crossed my mind until I met Jessica at a Target check out line. My wedding was a Sunday. The Friday before there was a gas leak in which led to the evacuation of my original venue. After communicating to Jessica my panic she was on it right away. Jessica showed up to my home with flowers and a cake and ready to game plan for the following steps. She worked her magic and found me another venue within a day! If it was not for perfect pair events, I honestly do not think my wedding would have been possible. Wedding day: they went above and beyond. Jessica and Amber were attentive every step of the way. They ensured my husband and I were good at all times! My wedding day was stress free thanks to the dynamic duo! They even went out and got us cake for the guests. Towards the end of the reception, they brought my husband and I tacos. You can truly tell Jessica and Amber love what they do, thank you both for making my wedding a dream come true!

    Exceptional service, LOVE them!

    Jessica and Amber were recommended to us by our friends who used their service for their wedding the year before our wedding. Our first phone call with them showed that their work style was ideal for our wedding service needs -- they were extremely knowledgeable, organized, supportive, and flexible. While we used their Day of Coordinator services, they were always accessible to us, very attentive, and routinely checked in with us leading up to our wedding day. Both Jessica and Amber accompanied us to our final venue walk-through, directed our wedding ceremony rehearsal, helped us finalize our wedding day timeline, and contacted all of our vendors to discuss the final timeline and logistics. Two weeks before our wedding, we completed their inventory list for decoration which was extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and preparing our decorations ahead of time. On our wedding day, they were exceptional! Jessica and Amber went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding ran smoothly. They made sure to follow our wedding day vision, kept us on track, organized and communicated with all the vendors, and took all the stress away from us. My husband and I agree that our wedding day was beautiful, fun, and a stress-free experience, and this was all thanks to Jessica and Amber. Many of our family members, wedding party, and guests also commented on how great our coordinators were. We 100% recommend Perfect Pair Events LLC services to everyone. In fact, one of our closest friends booked them for their wedding this month, and they have expressed to us how happy they are with their service, creativity, organization, and communication.

    Amazing and Wonderful experience

    Having Jess coordinate our was the best thing we did. She made everything run so smooth. She listened to my ideas, wants, needs and she came through on them all. We are so glad we had her for our special day.
