“It was so nice to have day of coordination so we didn’t have to worry about setting up/taking down decorations or overall logistics for the day. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. We had the option to rent items which was helpful since we were traveling from out of state. We worked with David leading up to the wedding. He was easy to work with. I enjoyed using the Coda program he had in place because it kept everyone on the same page and organized, but I feel like some things still got overlooked. Candy led our wedding rehearsal and helped during the day of our wedding. She was absolutely fantastic! Everything was set up exactly as discussed and she handled everything with no questions asked. We didn’t use a videographer so she took a video of the ceremony speech for us. It meant so much to have that and look back on! I was a little disappointed after she left for the evening though. Two other coordinators were left in charge and they didn’t really seem to know what was going on. We had a photobooth being brought in and the man came up to me asking questions about where to set up. The coordinators were nowhere to be found. I had to knock on the door to have them find the map layout, but they couldn’t find it. We had delegated my mother as the go to person if there were questions yet one of the coordinators still came up to me asking a question later which I thought was inappropriate. The cherry on top was the decor being put away incorrectly. There was a missing candle and we had bought a portable podium stand that was not broken down and put back in the box. Overall, decent service. If you use certain venues, they have 1928 built in so maybe see if you can request certain coordinators. I would definitely recommend day of wedding coordination services so there is less to worry about on your special day.”

“Abigail was INCREDIBLE. I think of the entire wedding, hiring her was the best decision my (now) husband and I made. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding - and she explained/assisted with what decisions needed to be made, what we may have forgotten, and provided recommendations based on her experience. There were a few meetings prior to the day of the wedding, and I’ll be honest, I forgot to put 2 of them in my calendar. She didn’t treat me differently, and she was quite understanding and flexible - which meant a lot. She helped make my day the perfect day. I namely wanted a day-of coordinator to take the pressure off myself as well as my mom - and she did just that. She encouraged my mom to enjoy the day, she kept all logistical stuff out of my hands on the day. My mom told me after the fact that there was an issue with the table numbers, and Abigail was already working on a backup plan while they were still looking for the table numbers. It ended up working out - but I didn’t know anything about it till after. Her and her sister, Bree, provided a sense of calm and collected on the wedding day and stayed throughout the entire wedding. Abigail was there the night before at our rehearsal - and truly helped make it super smooth. Her and Bree were there as soon as the venue opened and left after they loaded all the decor in the car. Our card box was in our room, and the room was more made up than previously. It was magical. They truly were above and beyond. I am so grateful I hired Abigail and would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. You will not be disappointed!!”

THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIRE BEAUTIFUL CRAZY DAY OF COORDINATING to be your day-of coordinator and save yourself money, time, and a nervous breakdown, ha. Seriously, this can be a quick-one less thing to worry about decision, cause Connie will get the job DONE and then some. She seriously went above and beyond from the second we hired her to even after the wedding. “Day-of Coordinator” doesn’t feel right with how much communication and effort Connie gave. Throughout the entire process she throughly communicated (so not just closer to the wedding, there were regular meetings scheduled and casual check-ins) and any questions I had, she was always able to answer and I trusted her experience to help us with the logistics of the wedding, down to every detail. Especially the ones I forgot about. Beyond her logistical expertise, she also has a small warehouse of various decor items you can rent from her. Day of, I gave her some control over decorating with what I had as I simply couldn’t decorate it all and she arranged things so beautifully even adding in her own personal items, I noticed all of the details she added in throughout the night. Her work ethic is absolutely incredible and I cannot imagine any other professional that could work harder and better than Connie. I cannot believe how much time effort and care Connie continuously gave for such a great price. Hire her!”

We hired Thyme & Details late in the game for our wedding- about 4 months out when we realized we couldn't pull off the wedding we wanted by ourselves.
