“Hiring Hannah was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (other than marrying each other). We had a very DIY, non-traditional wedding at a summer camp, with a lot of moving pieces, and she somehow made the entire weekend feel seamless—even when there was plenty of chaos happening behind the scenes! From the moment our guests started arriving Friday, she was there. She stayed overnight at camp, helped with our rehearsal, welcomed and coordinated arriving guests, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Before the wedding, she communicated with all of our vendors, connected everyone with the timeline and important details, and made sure everyone was on the same page before the weekend even began. On the wedding day, she was absolutely invaluable. She helped bring together all of the DIY pieces we had planned, from getting the dining hall set up and keeping the event flowing to coordinating vendors and making sure the timeline stayed on track. She was organized, flexible, incredibly calm under pressure, and always seemed to have a solution before we even realized there was a problem. And there were definitely problems! We had a significant catering issue that could have easily disrupted the evening, but she handled it completely behind the scenes. We had no idea the extent of what she was dealing with until later because she protected us from the stress and let us keep enjoying our wedding. That alone was worth its weight in gold. She was also just fun to have around. She brought great ideas, communicated clearly, adapted to whatever we threw her way, and had the kind of wedding expertise that immediately puts you at ease. Her ability to keep everyone calm, even when things were moving quickly, was incredibly impressive. Our wedding looked like a beautiful, effortless celebration—but there was a LOT happening behind the scenes to make it that way, and she was the person holding it all together. “Hiring Sheeco, specifically Nicole, was the best decision we made when wedding planning! She was always professional, timely, organized, and respectful. But more than that, she helped ease all the stresses leading up to and happening on our wedding day with the most calming, grounding, big sister energy. It was exactly what we needed on so many occasions. Throughout our wedding, she made she we got to try our appetizers and dessert, had enough to eat/drink overall, offered to get us drinks while we were eating, brought us churros on the dance floor, and made our "reverse grand entrance"/receiving line vision come to life, even when our DJ and photographers didn't quite see the vision yet (it all worked out great in the end). It's the little things, too. On the first call about a month before our wedding, she told us to give her our burdens and she really meant it, nothing seemed too small to bring to her. She made us feel safe and welcome to ask her questions, even if we thought they might be silly. She helped us clear up confusing discrepancies with our caterer and rentals. “Ashley of Blue Lark Events is a life saver. She helped me with venue research and day of services for a very reasonable fee. What I appreciated the most about Ashley is that she helped me stay organized. What I loved about Ashley was that she made some great suggestions and answered questions about what is common and she explained wedding trends. She saved me time, effort and money, as I otherwise would have made some decisions that were more expensive than were needed for the circumstances. One of the highlights of the wedding - that was loved by my guests and me - was Ashley's suggestion to do a photo bomb. Screw the photo both. You are the prop for people's photos. Stick the couple in the middle of the dance floor, play an upbeat song, and explain to everyone that they need to run behind the couple for a quick photo, taking turns. Rapid fire and in real time, those photos were hilarious. Folks grouped up for shots and couples jumped in our laps. Ashley also helped me source a really good photographer. What struck me the most was that I knew she was really great at her job after our various meetings over the course of many months, but my spouse didn't really interact with her much prior to the wedding. At the wedding he was like, "oh my God, Ashley has a sixth sense for whenever something is about to go wrong!" I was so smug - with a I told you so look in response. Be it a broken glass cigar ash tray that met the cement and is now attempting to ruin your shoes, an overturned umbrella making a run for it or that sound system that just is not acting as expected - she was there problem solving. After we got behind during the dinner speeches (which of course, she warned me about but I didn't police the speech writing), I lost all sense of control and LOVED IT. She was like you are dancing now, you are cutting cake now, you are photo bombing now - in much more rapid succession than had been planned. It was such a relief to just have someone handle us, as if we were celebrities getting ushered from one high profile moment to the next! Her quick action helped us make up time so that our guests weren't waiting around and so our vendors could be released on time. So why haven't you emailed Blue Lark Events yet? Do it now. PS - I included a picture that my photographer snapped right before the ceremony started. You can tell future hubbie needed to just be near someone and was regretting his decision to not have a groomsman wait with him. But it was fine, because Ashley's sixth sense was there. Always ready to calmly say what is about to happen and what will follow next. When I asked hubbie what Ashley said to him in this moment, he said, "I have no idea, but I guarantee you she was not freaking out like I was."”

I'm also bad with design but Alisha took my general ideas and made our wedding day stunning. “We met Kacie from Golden Day over a year before our wedding date and booked her after our very first meeting. Choosing a day-of coordinator really comes down to personal preference. We met with some coordinators who were pretty aggressive, and came off as overbearing. That’s not Kacie. Kacie acts as a calm, stress-neutralizing sounding board for your ideas. Anything you share with her is met with, “Yes, that’s a great idea, let’s make it happen.” She doesn’t try to steer your vision; instead, she supports your creativity and helps keep it on track as your ideas evolve. She shows up when you need her and is always willing to take a phone call without hesitation or making you feel like you're on the clock. With Kacie, there were no stupid questions, we could ask her anything, even twice, and we were met with her optimistic attitude and supportive responses. On our wedding day, Kacie maintained her positive, poised demeanor as she set up the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space with very little help. There were some issues at the start of the ceremony, but Kacie never seemed phased. Not once did she let stress show or allow it to leak into our headspace leading up to, or during the big day. Kacie was also incredible about making sure we actually ate on our wedding day. So many friends told us, “You’ll never eat at your own wedding.” Well, they clearly didn’t hire Kacie. After the ceremony, cocktail-hour appetizers magically appeared while we waited for our grand entrance. As soon as we sat down, she had plates of dinner ready for us. At the end of the night, my wife and I were actually able to head to the after-party with our friends, and that was because of Kacie. She stayed behind and left the venue spotless so we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. In fact, she wrapped everything up so efficiently that our catering team was able to leave early, and we were credited back an hour of service. Our day truly was golden, if we could choose one word to describe it, as corny as that sounds. And it wouldn’t have happened without Kacie.”

In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests.
