From the very beginning, having a team of three coordinators made such a huge difference, especially since we had a Catholic church ceremony with a gap before the reception. She also saved my mental health in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, not bothered by my many questions and random thoughts and happily answered them all. She took my random thoughts and my very rough vision for decor and ran with it. I was stunned and amazed when I saw how everything turned out. She also was amazing in dealing with an unhappy venue staff member at the end of the wedding, ensuring our evening was perfect. So much so that we didn’t realize anything had happened until the next day. I cannot recommend Ricki and her team enough!!”

“Hiring Tilly Teal for our wedding was the best decision we made!! Rina was fantastic! We started working with Rina about a year before our wedding. She made us feel so relaxed and alleviated so much of the stress that goes into wedding planning! When we first started the hunt for a planner I absolutely loved the wedding process and wanted to be a part of it all (not sure everyone can say that), but we wanted to be able to be fully present on our wedding day and not worry about how x/y/z was going to happen. We needed someone who could help orchestrate the day and give us recommendations/advice. We talked to a few planners before hand from our venue's list, but they all mostly did full wedding planning, kept their fees hidden, or made us feel dismissed when they learned we weren't going the full planner route. When we contacted Tilly & Teal we immediately felt cared for!! They were transparent about pricing and services, we felt like it was reasonable, but we also feel like they went above and beyond! You can tell they genuinely care about their couples and making sure they have the best time on their wedding day. We absolutely loved working with Rina, she was knowledgeable, confident, and didn't miss a beat whenever we had questions or needed advice on certain things. She came prepared to our monthly planning calls and guided us through our checklist and was always offering support leading up to the day. The aisle planner tool was extremely helpful in organizing timeline. layout, notes, checklist - I was able to toss out all my google spreadsheets. By the time we got to the wedding, Rina and her assistants made us feel completely at ease. It felt like every time I turned a corner, Rina was there to help. Anytime something was falling behind schedule or didn't go as planned, she and her team were there already fixing it or calmly addressed the issue, never panicked or stressed. We just loved that her help allowed us to be fully present during the day, we felt so taken care of and relaxed. They killed it! It was fantastic working with Tilly & Teal, even though we mostly worked with Rina, I think her work ethic, kindness, and attention to detail speak for the entire business and who they are. She was such a delight to work with. We would recommend Tilly & Teal again & again! Thank you for making our wedding day so fun!”
