Alondra was our wedding coordinator for our wedding on October 17, 2026. We had a great experience working with her beginning in early September, 6 weeks prior to our wedding. She was available 7 days a week for any questions that arose (sometimes, even 24/7)! Alondra was diligent and advocated for us when communicating with our other vendors. She also helped us find a gorgeous flower vendor when we were having trouble choosing one on our own. She was detailed, efficient, proactive and flexible before and during our wedding day. I give her my highest recommendation!

Alondra was absolutely amazing! She made sure my vision came true even when I didn’t know how to describe it. She kept up and followed through with all the last minute changes or add ons we had and when there was confusion or anxiety she made sure to work through it all. During the wedding day itself he made sure everything went smoothly even with a super last minute change in the ceremony site due to weather. I’d honestly recommend her to anyone, her hard work was truly amazing!

Alondra is such a pleasure to work with! She’s professional, kind, patient and understanding. I really appreciate her communication and the way she treats her vendors with respect. Alondra is simply the best!!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Alondra was to work with. My wife and I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I believe our August 2026 wedding showed just how remarkable Alondra is. It was a large wedding, with a band, DJ, guests coming from all over and we are in our 50s with adult children. We had very high expectations for the person we hired. As an older couple we knew exactly what we wanted and weren't shy to express it. I truly believe it took a highly skilled wedding coordinator to work with us and that was Alondra. She was incredibly patient, very flexible, and maintained stellar communication throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding she had an assistant who moved with the efficiency and speed of someone with super powers. There's a lot of praise I can give Alondra, but this is the best way I can describe working with her. Yes, she was someone we hired, but she felt like a favorite niece wanting to make the wedding day or her favorite aunt and uncle be like a fairy tale. Here's the thing, we're not related, but she made us feel like family. I can't imagine there is a harder working, kind spirited wedding coordinator than Alondra. Hiring Alondra was the Best Decision we made
She helped us plan our wedding from start to finish, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. She was always patient, organized, and easy to communicate with, even when we had a million questions or changed our minds about something. She helped us stay on track, worked with our vendors, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. On the wedding day, everything came together so beautifully, and we were able to relax and enjoy the moment because she had everything under control. We are so grateful for all the time and care she gave us. She truly made the experience feel special, and we would absolutely recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.
