Combining my professional project management background with a passion for execution, I safeguard your energy so you can stay focused on the love rather than the labor. I don’t just coordinate the day; I protect your presence in it.

What sets me apart is my background as a Certified Project Manager. I apply corporate-level organization and risk mitigation to your wedding day to ensure your timeline never slips. Unlike traditional coordinators, I specialize in the silent gap logistics like DIY setup that often fall on the couple. I provide 12-hour onsite coverage to act as your logistical shield, ensuring every detail is handled so you can remain a guest at your own wedding.

Whether you're dreaming of a local celebration or a getaway across the globe, our Destination Wedding services are just as flexible. We offer the same tiered support abroad as we do at home, ranging from Day-of Coordination to ensure your travel logistics run smoothly, to Full-Service Planning where we handle international vendors, venue scouting, and decor set-up from afar.

Best for the couple with a vision who needs an expert to handle the heavy lifting. Full coverage for your wedding day plus 1-2 additional events. Total logistics and drama shielding. I manage your travel itineraries, hotel blocks, and budget tracking while acting as a proactive mediator for family dynamics. Includes three custom personal errands and post-ceremony attire preservation/rental returns.

The Day-Of Detail is for couples who’ve planned it all but want to be guests at their own wedding. We offer 12 hours of all-day service. DIY Set Up, Full Day-Of Timeline Management, Floorplan Management, Availability for Rehearsal & Walk-Through, and Family Harmony & Boundary Setting: We identify family dynamics and mitigate as best as possible.

Our A la Carte services are specifically designed for couples who have already poured their hearts into creating a beautiful vision and just need a professional to tie the bow on their hard work. DIY set up, assistance with throwing a singular event (i.e. Welcome Party), Bachor/ette coordination with Maid of honor/ best man

    Wedding Coordinator Above and Beyond

    If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it—and hire Britnee! I brought her on just a month before my wedding thinking I just needed day-of help, and she completely saved the day.     Best Decision Ever

    I can’t say enough good things about her work! She has helped me plan multiple events, and each one has come out beautifully. She’s incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. I never have to worry because she makes sure everything is handled and executed on time. It means I am the first to arrive and the last to leave. I oversee the morning prep and DIY setup, drive the timeline throughout the event, and stay until the final vendor has loaded out and your personal items (gifts, card box, leftovers) are secured in your vehicle.
Yes. I personally manage the setup of your DIY elements. My goal is to ensure your family and bridal party can enjoy the morning as guests, rather than setting up.
Yes. While I primarily serve the DMV, I am available for travel. Travel fees apply for events outside of a 50-mile radius from zip code 20176, and overnight accommodations are required for locations over 2 hours away.
