There's something so special about bringing people together to celebrate a once-in-a-lifetime love story (yours)!! Our goal? To make sure you get to be fully present on your big day. No stressing over timelines, or vendors or asking your family to stand in as coordinator. Its just you, your love and your favorite people soaking up every magical moment!

    Perfectly executed day!

    Clarice ensured our wedding day and the days leading up to it were seamless. She was such an integral part in making sure everything ran smoothly. My wife and I absolutely loved working with Clarice and couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for a day-of coordinator.

    We loved Clarice!

    I really can’t say enough about how great Clarice is! She was so helpful in the planning process. Her recommendations for vendors were completely on point - with respect to both budget and personality. She was great at guiding us through what questions to ask of the venue and thought about everything we would never have thought to ask. However, day-of was really where she shown. She handled so many issues that we had no idea were even happening. We had such a blast at our wedding and so much of that was due to Clarice!

    Seamless Working Together

    Working with Clarice was a true pleasure! She took my vision and expanded it. So many little things that she thought of and took care of day of. Getting recaps from friends and family on how she swoped on and handled things on the fly makes me realize even more that I made the right choice! Definitely book with Clarice; she is fun and professional, and she will make sure that your wedding day goes as smoothly as possible.

    What an amazing experience! Clarice is so kind and generous with her time and attention to detail. The warmth you feel when she is officiating cannot be understated. Very professional. She also sent us photos and videos after, which was such a wonderful surprise. We highly recommend her!

Typically no. In 6 years, we have had only one double header weekend. Booking only one per weekend allows us to fully focus on one client at a time.
Our Month of Coordination Package begins 6-8 weeks out , with a venue walkthrough. From there we become besties , and you have unlimited access until your wedding date.

Hands down, saying goodbye to our amazing couples! We spend time getting to know them in the weeks, and months, leading up to their big day- sharing in their excitement, solving challenges and witnessing their story unfold. By the time the day comes it feels like we're saying goodbye to to dear friends! But knowing we got to be apart of their journey is the best feeling ever!!
