Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Brenda and her team was absolutely a pleasure to work with - from the initial planning, getting to know us as a coupe, understanding our vision (helping us through the vision since we had no idea what we wanted initially). Brenda offered us lists of vendors, made sure that we were on track and answered all the questions we had. She facilitated most of the meeting with the vendors and ironed out the timeline. we barely even knew the timeline, she asked us for our input on certain things and she just worked them into the timeline (we decided to add a last minute tea ceremony and Brenda made it work!) - we just went in intending to enjoy every second of our wedding day and we literally did not worry one bit about when we needed to be where since Brenda and her team made sure we were in all the right places at the right time so we just enjoyed every second of that day. We truly could not have asked for a better planning team to execute our absolute dream of a wedding day!

She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). Where do I even begin?? Savannah made my day absolutely beautiful, seamless, stress free and organized! The very idea of planning a wedding in 7 months was enough to overwhelm me and she kept me on track with what needed to be done and when. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! Our Hilton Head wedding was truly the best day ever and that is in big part because of her. My mother in law loved her so much she asked me if Savannah would be willing to travel to Texas for my sister in laws wedding when that happens. Hannah and Tiffany were the best on wedding day! I couldn’t have imagined a better day if I tried. They were so sweet and so fun to work with and took on whatever I threw at them!
