Hi, I'm Belle, owner of The Wedding Belle! I truly believe your wedding day should be filled with the moments that matter most. My heart is in serving couples with genuine care, thoughtful planning, and a calm presence so you can be fully present with the people you love.

Unlike traditional "day-of" or "month-of" coordinators, I don't just show up at the end. From the day you book, you'll have unlimited communication, personalized planning support, vendor guidance, timeline creation, venue walkthroughs, and someone who truly gets to know your vision.

    The Wedding Belle

    There are not enough words to describe how thoroughly impressed I, my husband, and my entire family were with the day-of coordination services offered by Belle. I got married in November 2024 and my husband and I hosted a "wedding weekend" as opposed to a single evening. From the moment I hired Belle, she jumped into action communicating with vendors, sending me checklists of things I should do or should think about, and answering my 500 questions. Throughout the entirety of our working-relationship, Belle felt more like a planner than a "day-of coordinator". She listened to every random idea I had and always responded with "If that's what you want, we'll make it happen. It's your special day." Not once did she ever tell me something wouldn't work or that we shouldn't do it. Our wedding was held at a mountain property that hasn't done a lot of weddings and the schedule involved guests bouncing between different cabins on this property - Belle handled these transitions seamlessly and helped execute my vision perfectly. At our first venue walk through, Belle came prepared with all of the necessities that my family would have never thought of, including a tape measure so we could determine how many chairs would comfortably fit in each row. Throughout the entire wedding, Belle continuously went above and beyond. We were in the mountains in November, so of course it was cold. Belle had a beautiful white blanket specifically for me so that I could wrap it around my dress during dinner. During our reception, my husband and I were adamant about getting pizza delivered for our guests to enjoy. When Domino's wasn't able to deliver to our remote location, Belle drove her own car 30 minutes away to pick up 20 or so pizzas and bring them to us. She also personally drove me from our getting ready space to our ceremony location. We planned an entire wedding weekend, including 4 catered meals for our guests, in 6 months and Belle brought my dream to life. Most importantly, she brought it to life without having to ask me anything day-of. She knew what I wanted and made sure every detail (within her control) was exactly how I wanted it. I was Belle's very first bride and I will recommend her forever. Anyone would be lucky to have Belle assist them on their special day!

    The Wedding Belle

    Belle was the calm during the storm, and was constantly evaluating. She made sure I was heard and understood when others were overriding my requests. She took on the role of my advocate quickly and seriously. She took over all communication seamlessly. Belle was available literally 24/7 and would hop on a call with no hesitation. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. On the day of the wedding, she made sure all the decor was set up beautifully. And even after my big day, she was still available to try to find some of my decor that had gone MIA. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done it without Belle by my side.”


Yes! The Wedding Belle is fully insured, and I'm happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue if needed.
Yes! I handle setup and teardown of your personal decor and any rentals from The Wedding Belle. Whether you've spent months collecting decor or you're renting pieces from my inventory, I'll make sure everything is set up according to your vision.
Every wedding has little hiccups - late deliveries, timeline adjustments, missing boutonnières, unexpected weather, or family questions. My job is to solve those problems before you even know they happened.
The Wedding Belle is based in Durham, North Carolina, but I happily serve couples throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and beyond. If your wedding is outside my standard service area, I'll provide a transparent travel quote before booking.
