“Sarah was so helpful in our planning process the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!”

“Unlike some other reviews I’ve written, this is a very easy one to write because of how great our experience was with Caroline and her assistant. Now that we’re on the other side of our wedding I can say hands down hiring Caroline was one of if not the best decision we made during the process. We both can not recommend her more. One of the best aspects of working with her is that she will streamline and simplify the process, she’s also a great consultant resource for the do’s and don’ts of wedding planning. Despite having many balls up in the air she is an excellent communicator. She responds back in a timely manner even when she is busy working with other clients. Moreover, her assistance the day of the wedding was critical to its success. We actually finished our wedding 30ish minutes ahead of schedule which gave us more time for the reception. If that doesn’t say good project management skills I don’t what does. That feat was made more impressive because we had a Hindu ceremony and Christian one, making it a very long day. “We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them.
