I felt her constant commitment to making sure the day had my signature on it, even down to a few last minute changes I requested that she somehow brought to life. My wedding day was genuinely the happiest day of my life. Parris planned every last detail. The sheer level of detail in her complete day-of schedule is seriously reason enough to book her. If there were any issues with vendors, guests, etc., I have still not heard about them over a month later. I was completely stress free and was able to be fully present in the bliss that comes from marriage to your best friend. If you are planning a large wedding, call Parris. “We got married in Asheville end of April 2025 and we luckily found Liz from Your Perfect Day Events via Zola. We knew after the first phone conversation with her that she was a perfect fit for us. To say she went above and beyond as a wedding planner is a complete understatement! She was extremely prompt, organized, and most importantly an amazingly fun person to work with who thought of some of the most minute little details that we would have completely overlooked, but made a huge difference day off. Having her help organize our wedding was singlehandedly one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding process and we would recommend her services to literally anyone. You will not regret your choice if you go with her to help organize your day!”

“Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. Beyond just receiving a great service, it was so special to work with someone who truly celebrated with us and took care of us like we were old friends. I would 100% recommend working with Magical Moments and wish we could get married again to continue working with them!”

“We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life! We also decided to sneak into the bridal suite for a private dinner (absolutely recommend doing that!) and LeAnna made sure the room was set so nicely for us, with little tea lights and everything. If you are looking for wedding planners, look no further! We love Jacinda and LeAnna!!!!”
