It is ideal for the bride or mother who feels overwhelmed by event details or has limited time to dedicate to the process. We consider it a true joy to walk beside you from engagement to celebration, bringing your vision to life with thoughtful guidance, careful attention, and genuine care every step of the way.

The Peony Plan eases the weight of planning, allowing you to fully enjoy your engagement season. Throughout the process, we give guidance and assist with planning, catering our services to your unique needs. Our team works to ensure that your wedding day unfolds seamlessly, as it is our joy to create a celebration that allows you to be fully present. Our day-of coordination is actually a month-of coordination, which allows our team to guide you well before your wedding day. From the beginning of your planning journey, you'll have access to our online planning platform to simplify the process. During your final month, we prepare every detail, then seamlessly manage vendors, final payments or gratuities, and your wedding day with genuine care for you and your guests.

    Mother of the Bride

    Working with Poppies & Peonies Wedding Planning was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the team was thorough and available whenever we needed them, handling all the vendor contracts with care so we didn't have to worry about the details. On our wedding day, they took charge of any issues with catering staff, which let us relax and actually enjoy the celebration instead of stressing. They also went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, catching things we didn't even think about. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.     Mother of the groom

    I can’t possibly say enough good about them as wedding planners! They went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even realize possible. The quality of their work is top notch. The style of the wedding was spot on with the brides desires meaning they listened to the desires and made them happen. There was even a last minute tent addition due to weather and they made it all flow and look amazing. My favorite was their overall calming demeanor! On a weekend when last minute logistics can get frantic, they were so calming and intentionally helpful. They spoke to each person with clear directives and took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable with their role. Can’t thank them enough for making the day run so smoothly and taking care of so much so we could just all enjoy and know we were in good hands :)

    Myself and Joyful Entertainment had the pleasure to work with Whitney and her team for a wedding in Clemson, SC at the end of May. They were INCREDIBLE. As a wedding DJ, the coordinator is such a key role and can seriously make or break a wedding day. Poppies and Peonies were such a strong staff that everything went flawlessly! Their communication was elite and they were so kind and easy to work with when adjustments had to be made. Very professional, very servant hearted. An absolute joy to partner with.

Our team has designed, planned, executed, and flowered many weddings, and we delight in doing so. Our weddings are noted for being carefully orchestrated events with attention to detail (design, logistics, AND wedding party/guest care). We love the hospitality and problem-solving sides of our work. Our specialty is coming alongside the bride and her family throughout the engagement, wedding-planning journey, and weekend of celebration. Such a privilege!

We will only commit to more than one wedding in a weekend if they are on different days OR if there are multiple teams in place to serve the different clients.
Our time with you is client-dependent and based on your unique needs. We prefer to have monthly touch-base meetings with you to ensure that we are all on track (especially for partial planning), but we tailor our approach to each client. We are also available by email and text for needs, progress reports, or questions in between meetings, and we maintain ongoing to-do lists for partial-planning brides and moms, as helpful.
