Hello! I am Brenda Anderson, the founder and CEO of A Wedding Affair. Weddings have always been a passion of mine, and I truly enjoy bringing details together to ensure memorable occasions. As a native of the Charleston area, I love helping couples experience the beauty and charm of this region. Although, I proudly provide wedding coordination services both locally and beyond. No matter where your celebration take place, I would love the opportunity to be a part of it. Planning a wedding is an exciting journey, and I am excited to help you with your special day.

A wedding day has many moving parts, and with my attention to detail, professionalism, and experience, I aim to ensure your wedding day is fabulous and seamless. No two weddings are alike. Yet every detail of your special day matters; therefore, being flexible to each couple's needs is very important. As your wedding coordinator, I’ll be by your side to bring your dream wedding to life, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Description	Our full coordination package includes help from start to finish. We offer guidance and help with choosing vendors who fit your personal style and budget, while keeping you on track throughout the planning process. We help with budget development and work with you on all of the logistics in order to make the day as seamless as possible.	This package is for couples who love the hands-on experience but want guidance along their planning journey. They have some time to work directly with vendors but need assistance reviewing vendor contracts and confirming details.	This package is for couples who have already planned everything for their wedding day but need a professional to execute the day and ensure everything comes together flawlessly. The couple has contracted all vendor negotiations, but need assistance with last minute items and day of coordination to ensure they have the wedding of their dreams.

AMAZING TO WORK WITH!
Mrs. Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She is personable, organized, professional, and an overall amazing person. We used her as our day of coordinator. She was incredible leading up to, and on the day of. She put our small fires and communicated with all of the necessary people before and the day of our special day. She even checked in on the bride and groom! She was absolutely incredible and made our day flow so smoothly. She and her daughters came on the day of and they are an exact representation of their mother. I even added a photo of them enjoying our Photo Booth! :) They all were Kind, professional, organized and not to mention- beautiful! I couldn’t thank her enough for all she did for us and the kindness she showed us throughout the whole process. She absolutely EXCEEDED our expectations and we couldn’t recommend her enough! A Wedding Affair is the WAY TO GO if you want someone who’s personable, processional, organized overall AMAZING.

Highly Organized
Brenda is the greatest. She was very organized and responsive to us and the other vendors. She kept us on task and checked in with our vendors regularly to ensure everything would be smooth. Throughout the entire process, she made sure every detail was addressed. Excellent job!

Yes, as your Day-of Coordinator, it is my goal to ensure the journey to your special day is as seamless as the day itself. Once you secure your date, I am available to you anytime up to the day of the event to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed.

A Day of Coordinator can be hired anytime between 1 to 18 months before your wedding day and begins to work closely with the couple 4 to 6 weeks out to become familiar with the wedding plans, timeline, vendor, and event information in order to effectively perform the stated duties and services.

A wedding coordinator runs the show on the wedding day, allowing the couple, family, and friends to celebrate and fully enjoy the day. Serving as the voice and advocate for your wedding plan, they are the point person who ensures the timeline runs as planned, navigates all vendor logistics on the day of the event, and resolves challenges should they arise. They ensure your wedding plans come together nicely so you can focus on making memories.

Yes, in addition to our Coordinator package, we also offer partial and full wedding planning services for couples who have not yet secured some or any of their vendors. From the very beginning, we are here to guide you every step of the way, starting with budget creation and vendor selection, all the way through timeline development, design details, and the seamless execution on your wedding day. Our goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can truly enjoy the planning process and focus on celebrating your love, knowing every detail is thoughtfully handled.
