I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. She also brought along a wedding day assistant, Jillian, who was wonderful as well! Paige is more than just a coordinator, she truly becomes your friend in the process, which is exactly what we were hoping for. While we unfortunately will only have one wedding day, we’d hire Paige and Silver and Sunlight Events a hundred times again if we could. We highly recommend other Oregon or Southwest Washington couples do the same. ️”

“Hiring Finn as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I am very Type A and had put an incredible amount of thought and planning into every detail. Finn took all of it seriously, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure the things that mattered to me were handled exactly as we had discussed. On the wedding day, Finn made me feel like my only responsibility was to be present and enjoy it. They handled stressful moments calmly, kept us informed when needed, and took care of everything else without making us feel overwhelmed. “Olivia did an absolutely amazing job in making our wedding day everything we hoped for. It's hard to know where to start because wow she just knocked it out of the park from start to finish. If you have any hesitation in hiring a planner we are here to say do it! and hire Olivia, you will have no regrets and it would have been impossible to handle all the day of coordination and enjoy the day and be present with each other if Olivia was hard at work behind the scenes. She is incredible at here job and guided us every step of the way answering question and always there to bounce ideas off of. She found us all the right vendors and worked seamlessly with everyone to coordinate the ceremony and all the events leading up to it. She made the space beautiful even though we were on a budget. She even collected rocks from the Eugene area to help complete our table decorations! She rocks! She is not only the best at her job but she really took part in the party. Her and her team are so kind and genuinely happy to be part of the celebration with us. Kicking off the photo taking and moving people to the dance floor, just so fun. Olivia handles all the scheduling with family and vendor coordination in the weeks prior and day of so you really do just get to sit back and enjoy the day and be present. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she really made the day for us. Having a wedding planner and especially having Olivia as your wedding planner is my top advice for those looking to plan their big day, it takes all the stress out of it.”

“Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! “Maya was so helpful as our day-of-coordinator for both days of our wedding. She worked with me prior to the wedding to make sure we were completely prepared with all of the details. She was amazingly helpful on our wedding days, ensuring that everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and was able to focus and enjoy the days. Maya even ran to the store in 100 degree heat because we needed more water for our group and dropped off gifts and other items at our house after our reception so we could enjoy our time with our friends and family. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. “Jodie is the best!! My wedding was in June of 2021 and I still look back on how awesome Jodie was for our wedding planning needs! She is super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She helps you think of the tiniest details that are easy to forget. She was there for all of our vendor calls and always had everything well planned out! She created a month by month itinerary which helped us stay on track. Anytime we had to pick our next vendor for something she would have a call with us to understand what our needs were for that specific vendor and then go back and do research to compile a list of top 3-5 vendors that match our needs and gives pros/cons for each one. She makes sure they’re all in our budget but doesn’t show us the prices upfront so we don’t automatically pick the cheapest or most expensive and actually pick with our hearts. Once we’ve narrowed down to 2-3 vendors then we see prices and helps us pick! This made sure we had the day we truly wanted. Not only was she great leading up but she was amazing day of! There were a couple of hiccups on our venue’s end but Jodie made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t stressed. She is truly the best!!!! Would for sure recommend to everyone!!”
