“Megan was our wedding day hero! We were originally matched with a different day of coordinator that wasn’t the right fit. YPB took time to hear what we wanted and needed, and re-matched us with Megan. After our first meeting with Megan, our stress levels drastically decreased. She immediately got to work sending us customized recommendations and resources tailored to our vision. She provided creative solutions to help us stay within our budget and was on board with all of our ideas. YPB offered a plethora of resources that addressed every detail imaginable, which was super helpful while we planned from states away. When stress would inevitably heighten throughout the planning process, Megan was a calm and steady source of reassurance and confidence. All the front end work allowed us to mentally clock out and be fully present on our wedding day. As a type A bride, I wasn’t sure I needed a day of coordinator. “1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. Evelyn is your planner!!”

“Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

“My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”
