“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. “From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. Even though we had hired her for her day of coordinator services, throughout the journey of planning our wedding, we would bring Erin some of the most random questions and I (the bride) would bring a lot of concerns that were brought up with times where I was feeling stressed. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! Our day would not have been as amazing without Erin and her team; my husband and I were able to fully take in all of the moments of our day without having to worry about a thing!”

“We had the absolute BEST experience working with Koral & Ko for our wedding! From day one (about a year and a half out), Koral made the entire planning process stress-free, fun, and incredibly organized. We went with her full-planning package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Koral is the perfect mix of sweet, calm, and totally on top of things. She’s super responsive, kept us on track, and truly brought our vision to life. She designed a beautiful, detailed vision board for us, connected with all our vendors, and became the main point of contact so we could actually enjoy the process instead of drowning in logistics. When we finally met her in person for our first walk-through, we instantly knew we were in great hands. She knows Santa Barbara weddings like the back of her hand. We got married at the SB Courthouse with a reception at Villa & Vine and she knew all the ins and outs of those venues. One thing that really impressed us was how seamlessly she handled unexpected hiccups. For example, one of our rental companies messed up our table runners and even used them as drapery without telling anyone. While we were off getting married, Koral was calling their emergency line multiple times, troubleshooting in real time, and still managed to make everything look gorgeous. She even got us a partial refund afterward - all while we had no idea anything had gone wrong. That’s how you know she’s doing her job right! On the wedding day, she and her team went above and beyond. She assigned us our own personal wedding assistant who carried a “wedding survival kit” with everything you could possibly need (bobby pins, mints, lint roller - you name it). They set up all our DIY decor beautifully, made sure everything ran smoothly, and even packed it all up neatly for our families at the end of the night. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Koral took care of the details so we could just soak in the joy of the day. If you’re getting married in SoCal, especially in Santa Barbara, at the Courthouse or Villa & Vine, look no further. We HIGHLY recommend Koral & Ko!”
