“I’m SO satisfied with our experience booking with George Street! I was drawn to them because I thought they were more reasonably priced compared to what some individual photographers are charging these days (we’re in the Seattle market), but I didn’t feel like the price advantage came at a sacrifice of quality. I loved the photos our photographer John C. took (who was AMAZING!) for both our engagement/portrait session and of course the photos on the day of the wedding. He did a fantastic job capturing all the beautiful memories we made that day, and we are so grateful. The booking process was really simple, too—I arranged a meeting with one of their sales reps (Amber) who did an excellent job explaining exactly how their company works, the packages available, how to choose your photographer and so on. Once we booked with them, we were given access to an online portal to put in all the necessary info that would be passed along to the photographer. One thing I would say is that because you are contracting with a company and not the individual photographer, you aren’t able to communicate directly with the photographer very often. You really are hiring them for photography only, so collaborating with them on the event timeline and other details is not really an option. Any questions you have generally need to be sent via the wedding coordinators at George Street, as you won’t even receive your photographer’s email or phone number until you actually meet them (it’s possible this is not the case for everyone, but just our experience). To be clear, this was NOT an issue for us at all, but just something to be aware of if a more hands-on photographer that can help with coordination and planning is really what you’re looking for.”

Hi there! I'm Emily Rose, the sole photographer + editor of your wedding photos! I have been shooting weddings for a decade and love connecting with my clients as much as I love photographing them! They feel like close friends by the end of the day. I am documentary-style, in that I never stop shooting. While I help with posing during portrait sessions to make sure you look your best, I also love capturing the laughter of guests, the teary-eyed parents, the flower girl running up to you and hugging you at first sight, the tiny details, the real smiles you share with your spouse + the quiet, intimate moments between you two throughout the day.

“Hiring Emily for our engagement and wedding weekend was the BEST decision!! We had a three-day Indian / Western fusion wedding, and Emily did an incredible job covering all the different events, venues, attire, and colors. Ahead of the wedding, Emily was highly responsive and provided guidance on our photo locations. During the weekend, Emily was such a JOY to be around, keeping up with the energy of our wedding party and families. She was highly flexible during the weekend while keeping to our schedule. She came early to capture all the details and rolled with the punches when we changed the location of our photos last minute. The photo turnaround for our sneak peaks was unbelievable and all the photos are incredible – truly captured the happiness and joy we felt during the weekend! Some finer points that are worth celebrating: - We were very picky on selecting a photographer who could photograph and edit mixed race couples and families well: Emily provided many examples ahead of booking and delivered on our photos as well!! - This was Emily’s first full-scale Indian wedding, and you would never be able to tell!! She captured all the right moments in the most beautiful way. In a traditional South Indian ceremony, there are many action shots and Emily’s ability to capture everything on the mandap blew me away. - Unfortunately, Tyler was busy for our wedding weekend, but Emily selected the two best second shooters we could ask for – Corey Bienert for Saturday and Aaron Bean for Sunday. All three of them matched the fun yet calming personality and vibes of our family, friends, and overall day. All in all, if we did it all over again, we would book Emily every time!”

“I looked at a LOT of wedding photographers. There are a lot of people out there who do beautiful photos, but none really felt like a fit for us -- either the photo style was moodier/sexier than I thought we could pull off, or the price was too steep for the amount of hours we wanted to have the photographer available, or photos felt too “posed” and cookie-cutter. Then we found Randy. The first thing I noticed about Randy’s portfolio is that people were smiling and laughing. You’d be surprised how few photographers feature photos that look joyful! The second thing I noticed is that photos weren’t all the same; different couples had different looks and styles. I felt like I was learning something about the couple by their photos. When we contacted Randy, we discovered that his work was not only in budget, but that his pricing included a full day of wedding photos – no matter how many hours the day lasted! Our package included engagement photos, wedding photos, a small album, and we added a photobooth for the wedding day. Our engagement session and wedding ended up being two years apart (thanks, COVID) and Randy did an incredible job with both! The engagement shoot gave us a great sense of how Randy works and got us accustomed with posing. What I most appreciated was the fact that Randy caught the moments in between the poses – where my husband and I were laughing with one another or sharing a special moment. For the wedding photos, Randy joined me a little bit before 9 am and was with us until the reception ended at 11 pm! He had a second photographer there during most of that time, as well. I really wanted to capture the joy of finally being able to be together with family and getting to celebrate. After nearly three years of being engaged, I was determined to make the day as stress-free as possible and just enjoy myself. Randy picked up on our joyful, relaxed mood right off the bat and gave us the photos of our dreams! Our photos are bright and colorful (although he picks wonderful photos to do in B&W) and full of laughter, big smiles, and happy tears. Every part of the day is beautifully captured, but we are especially fond of the candid joy in our reception pictures. He got such wonderful shots of our guests that we sent everyone a photo in their thank you cards! If you want wedding photos that feel like you, your partner, and your loved ones, I cannot recommend Randy enough. He is professional, easy to work with, and so talented. We are so grateful to have found him!”

“We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”
