“Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. The day itself felt smooth and stress-free, and multiple guests even told us how impressed they were by the coordination. That’s the biggest compliment — because it meant we got to be present, have fun, and soak it all in. “There are truly not enough words to thank Clemence for making our dreams come to life. She was the PERFECT choice for us, and our wedding became a reality because of her. Booking a full-service planner is a HUGE decision. Out of all the vendors to choose, your planner is the one you spend the most time with. When we got engaged, we interviewed over 10 planners, and the decision for us was SO easy. Clemence brings both calm excitement and organized vision to every conversation. She is so thoughtful and receptive, but also knows how to get it all done. And every vendor she recommended for us was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We had such an positive experience from photos, DJ, content, florals, catering, makeup.... it truly was a dream team thanks to her choices!! On our wedding weekend, Clemence was at our beck and call. She was 10 steps of me (already a Type A person), knowing exactly what I needed before I would even ask. Not only did she keep everything on track, she made sure we had the best day of our lives by keeping the vibes high and really just caring for us on a deeply personal level. Most importantly, I never had to worry about our wedding day. I am sure 1000 things went wrong that I still do not know happened. “We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. On the wedding day, Taylor wasn't feeling well (she even got an IV!), but you never would have known it. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We didn't have to answer a single vendor question because she had everything under control. She bustled my dress, helped fix my hair before the after-party, made sure we always had food and drinks, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, handled every setup and cleanup detail with her amazing team, and brought our vision to life exactly as we imagined. Because of Taylor and her team, we were able to be fully present with each other, our family, and our friends instead of worrying about logistics. “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. “TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.”

“Rachel is a lifesaver! She's there for you from day one. We booked her for partial planning and I am so glad we had her through the whole process. Rachel is honestly more than just a coordinator. “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! “Jess and the whole Sweet Blossom team are absolutely incredible. I'm a very type-A person so needed everything to be absolutely perfect - and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. “I first met Dre on a wedding we were both booked as vendors at in La Jolla, CA. The wedding was one of the best planned and executed that I had ever seen and it was clear why - Dre. Dre’s clear and proactive communication leading up to the events I’ve had with her sets her apart from other planners I’ve worked with. Her attention to detail, and ability to predict problems before they arise - and the fact she already has plans around any potential problems - makes events with Dre enjoyable as a vendor - but also for everyone in attendance as there is never a moment of panic or stress at any weddings I’ve done with Dre. “My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
