Katelynn, Bishop and Sophia were on site for my wedding day, and coordinated it flawlessly! They did an excellent job of providing resources to make sure everything was taken care of for the day. I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. They are so kind and I owe them a huge thanks for making my day go so smoothly!

I absolutely love my job and all the challenges that come with it, and I feel I’ve been thoroughly prepared for anything that could be thrown my way. ​ I started this company in January of 2020, when I started planning a friend's wedding and realized my passion wasn't just event planning, it was wedding planning. I took the time to train and understand different types of weddings, so that I can make sure my job is done right the first time.

Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

Natalia was a fantastic coordinator for me on my wedding day! I got married at an indoor/outdoor venue in San Antonio, Texas in June and had around 150 guests with a ceremony at 6 pm and departure from the venue at 12 am. She was so communicative the months leading up to the wedding and extremely flexible whenever I had last minute changes to my day-of timeline/plans. She also helped keep me on track with getting everything I needed ready for the day. She even got me some money back from the venue when the AC was broken in the bridal cabin leaving us to deal with the Texas heat. Jessica & Denecia were both amazing from the first initial point of contact Jessica was responsive she answered our millions of questions and concerns and on the wedding day she executed everything so well she was calm at all times and kept everyone else calm she made sure all of the vendors were there and that everything and everyone was setup. Once the wedding was over she made sure everything was packed up for me and put in its designated place she made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything! I used Ruth as my decorator for my wedding and she was amazing!! She definitely made my vision for the wedding venue come to reality. She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. Corinne and her team helped our day run so smoothly! Even though we only hired her for day-of services, she was just an email or text away throughout the planning process for those moments when I wasn't quite sure how to answer a vendor's question.
