We hired Elise as a Day of Coordinator to take the stress and logistics off our plates in order to just enjoy the day and soak it up as much as possible. And did we ever! She was a world of knowledge and professionalism with everything from working with all our other vendors to answering all our crazy last minute questions. We first met with Elise to begin day of planning 6 weeks out, which was a very pleasant surprise! From there she took the lead and worked with all our vendors and venue to compile a detailed day of timeline, final invoice confirmations (within the easiest to use portal), as well as after wedding drop off logistics for all our decor/gifts/cake at our hotel. It was the best day of our lives with zero stress surrounded by a team that wanted to be there as much as we did. We can't thank Events by Elise enough!

The most well planned and executed event ever! There was no stone left unturned and every vendor told us they had never had a planner so organized. My now husband & I hired Annastacia in 2024 to plan our medium-sized unique (and untraditional!) island wedding in Maine. We couldn't have found a better fit for the job and feel very lucky that our friend referred her to us. For about 70% of the wedding planning itself, my husband and I lived far away from where our wedding in Maine would actually be, but Annastacia was unfazed by the physical distance. We met remotely and she continued to never miss a beat in our correspondences, leading up to the day itself. We liked her so much during the planning process, that we eventually asked her to help us with our shared bachelorette party AND the after wedding brunch as well, because she was so capable and efficient! She took the stress right out of our hands, and took on more than we ever imagined. She is ideal; calm, cool & collected no matter what the circumstance, thoughtful with all the finishing touches and great at personalizing the event itself to make it feel organic and original. Annastacia and her team have an amazing sense of style and were able to articulate the vision my husband and I dreamed up with flying colors. She made/created/found the majority of the amazing decor herself and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for this extra effort. I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

We cannot recommend Sarah of Petal and Pine highly enough! Planning our Maine wedding from Colorado meant booking our venue and all vendors sight unseen, which naturally came with some anxiety. Sarah absolutely exceeded our expectations and went far beyond typical day-of coordination. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. On the wedding day itself, Sarah’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. While we were worried about all the moving parts and vendor coordination, she executed everything flawlessly. Her organizational skills were exceptional - she shared detailed schedules with all our vendors in advance and managed every detail with grace and confidence. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Maine, especially those coordinating from out of state!

We worked with Tiny Laser for our wedding, choosing the 30-days out coordination option. Julianne helped us cross all the Ts as we approached the day. We had a general sense of how we wanted everything to go, but she asked us all the right questions, offering details we hadn't thought of. The result was a perfectly smooth wedding. If there were hiccups, we didn't know about them! Julianne and Jose went above and beyond from the rehearsal dinner on, helping to set up our linens, and figuring out how we'd get down the aisle. At the wedding, Julianne checked in on us throughout, making sure we ate, and got sweaters when it got cooler. She was considerate, polite, and calm. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding.
