A couple weeks into wedding planning I quickly realized that I would need some sort of help. It's hard to do, especially if you and your partner both work full time! I was kind of torn between partial planning and day-of-coordination, and called a few different vendors to talk about possible options. Tavi was the third coordinator I called and it was instantly obvious that she was our person. She is very professional, organized, and has great taste, and even though at the time she was starting out her business and didn't have reviews, it was clear that we could put our complete confidence in her work. We ended up using her coordinating services, which started 60 days before the wedding. However, she was always available to answer random questions that popped up while we were booking our vendors. Whenever I started stressing about some little wedding detail, she'd find a solution or help take it off our plate. On the day of, everything went perfectly. She picked up signs for us from the printer, went above and beyond making sure everything was set up beautifully at the venue with great attention to detail (all the way down to things like the napkin fold and lending us a few pieces of decor), and even drove over to our getting ready location to bring me my bouquet and flat lay florals for photos. At the wedding, the only comment I heard about Tavi was from one of my friends: "Your coordinator is fantastic!" Then after the wedding - she grabbed our decor to hand off the next day, and handled returning some of our rental items. Enough said! Do yourself a favor and hire Tavi!

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! She will make your day everything YOU want it to be. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more…I walked away with a new friend!

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

Ashley Murphy is a miracle worker. She comes from the film industry and did production design for movies. I think that the attention to detail shows in photos and film because very single angle my photographer shot at looked stunning, he truly didn't get a bad photo because Ashley didn't miss anything. She was able to take my theme and really work with it, making it what I was hoping for, but adding more flare and imagination than I could have dreamed of. I will be hiring her and her team for all of my future events.

Hands down, Faye Fern Creative was our favorite wedding vendor. We could not have trusted our day to a more talented, caring, experienced, and fully dedicated team. During our consultation call, I mentioned a mutual Instagram friend connection and discovered that Natalie had coincidentally planned a stylish film industry event for them in New York almost a decade ago and also the wedding of one of their friends. My friend had nothing but fabulous things to say. The way she described what it was like to work with Natalie made me know instantly that we HAD to book her. My husband and I found it very easy to trust the Faye Fern design and planning team throughout everything. Natalie rescued us from making several bad decisions with her sage advice and I am not embarrassed to admit that things could have turned out quite disastrous for us if we had been left to plan our own wedding without her expertise. She also literally saved us hundreds of hours and prevented me from having to go down an endless research blackhole because she introduced us to the best vendors for our vision and managed EVERYTHING. Anyone who has ever had a wedding probably knows how easy it is to get overwhelmed by the number of vendor choices and social media horror stories of bad vendor experiences. We were grateful to have Natalie’s guidance and knew that she was only booking us vendors who were trustworthy and fit our aesthetic. At the start, Natalie told us that she customizes the experience to the couple. She took a lot of care to learn our communication style and how involved we wanted to be in planning. We chose to let her take the reins and just present us options to make major decisions on. She was very respectful of our vision and even made wonderful design suggestions that improved it. Natalie also preferred to get everything locked down sooner rather than later, kept us on track with deadlines, and is so organized and well prepared. This allowed us to spend the final month before our wedding in an unexpected state of relaxation and she encouraged us to turn our focus to self-care since almost all the work had already been done. SO, SO different from our siblings and friends who spent their own final month before their weddings still stressing about timelines, seating and floor plans, and all kinds of last minute tasks. We were grateful to have avoided that because it allowed us to arrive at our wedding feeling well rested, calm, and 100 percent confident that we were about to have the best weekend of our lives. It should also be said that Natalie’s design genius is nothing short of inspiring. She came up with our perfect color palette and wedding design even though most of the inspiration photos I sent her were of travel, fashion, interiors and graphic design that I liked. I told her that I didn’t have much saved in terms of wedding photos and she just said “No problem, I absolutely love that. We don’t want your wedding to look exactly like someone else’s anyway!” and went right to work, coming up with such a gorgeous design that fit who we are. We could not recommend Faye Fern Creative any more highly. If you are looking for a designer or planning team who will exceed every expectation and feel like supportive lifelong friends, this is it. We are so, so, so very happy!

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

If you are at all on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding, I’m here to tell you right now that you need one! My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago and Cheers to Two provided day of coordination services for my wedding and Michelle did a stellar job. From the start, Michelle worked with me to find a package that fit my needs for my wedding and I appreciated that so much. At our initial meet-up, Michelle was asking me questions that never even crossed my mind. This is the reason you need a coordinator. I consider myself to be a pretty organized person, but there will be things that you don’t think of on your own. Cheers to Two shares an amazing Google spreadsheet with different tabs to ensure we were on the same page throughout the planning process and I loved it!! Michelle professionally communicated with all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was in order. A few weeks before the wedding, we did a site visit and Michelle brought her tablet, taking notes and asking all the right questions. Aside from being the sweetest person ever, Michelle was incredibly organized throughout the entire process and was amazing about staying in contact with me and reminding me of things when I was going crazy in the weeks leading up to the wedding. When my special day arrived, I felt relaxed knowing that Michelle was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. I knew my wedding was in good hands and that truly made the day so stress-free. Michelle and her assistant did an amazing job. They even resewed a button on one of the groomsmen’s jackets! They were prepared for everything! Genuinely, not a single thing went wrong at my wedding and Michelle played a huge role in that. The decor for our reception was set so beautifully. I absolutely loved it. As the reception was wrapping up, unbeknownst to me, Michelle was quietly gathering all of our decor and belongings and packing them up for us. When I got back to our hotel, I called me mom concerned about whether some items were left behind and she said, “don’t worry, Michelle grabbed all of it.” What a life-saver! Michelle was the real MVP of our wedding. If you are considering hiring her and want to have an amazing, stress-free event, please do. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

I was working remotely (helping with a newborn granddaughter), so Annie, the bride/my daughter and I had regular phone/google meetings, with prompt updates. She acted as intermediary, communicating with both groom and bride and vendors to refine details; sparing me the hassle. I always expect the unexpected, and as a very few MINOR glitches arose, Annie managed them efficiently. I was well aware of the details, but when the time came for THE Rehearsal and Welcome Dinner, and THE Wedding and Reception, everything exceeded my expectations as it magically coalesced into a literal "DREAM COME TRUE"! (and my daughter had been dreaming about her wedding since the first time she watched Cinderella) I thoroughly enjoyed the event we hosted, THANKS to Annie. There are no superlatives that surpass Annie's skills. She's a gem, both to work with and organizationally. If you need event planning, we HIGHLY recommend Annie!!!

Molly and her husband were awesome!! We hired Molly for day-of coordinating services and let me tell you she is worth every penny and more!! She stayed on us about getting the things done that needed to be in the months before and was just the perfect guide throughout the entire process. Molly helped us contact our vendors as we approached wedding day and really worked a lot behind the scenes (even though she had just had a baby!). I put all my faith and trust in Molly and her husband come day-of and I (the Bride) didn’t have to stress A SINGLE THING. It was later on that I heard of a couple mishaps that happened throughout the day but neither myself or my husband even knew anything went on until days after, that’s how swiftly Molly took care of things! Also, they had added the cutest little touches to our decor the morning of that I only found out from through “before” pictures. They are so thoughtful, gave 110%, and were such a pleasure to work with. And we can’t forget her “Better Together” neon sign that pulled our whole backdrop together!! I very much recommend!!

Meredith was a pleasure to work with. Upon hiring her as our wedding day of coordinator, she presented us with a comprehensive checklist to make sure that we were prepared for our wedding. While we worked the remaining things that we missed from the list, Meredith diligently worked on coordinating with the other vendors and putting together a timeline for our wedding. When we first saw Meredith at the wedding, she was in her element. She had the staff working to make sure the drinks were stocked, guests knew where to sign in, the dJ and the Photo Booth knew where to setup, the caterers knew where to be and more. She could not have been more professional. Upon the completion of our photos, we realized that we were going to have to move the timeline up. Meredith told us that would be no problem and immediately began making sure all necessary parties knew the update and got where they needed to go. As the night came to an end, it was such a weight off of our shoulders knowing that we didn't have anything to worry about. I would recommend Meredith and Ekklesia Events with any family member or friend looking for a wonderful wedding coordinator.
